I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. The rooms are all clean and tidy, and the food is also really delicious. Thank you guys, keep up the good work 🥰

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I happened to have a great view on the 5th floor. The room was also soundproof and quiet. I got a delicious welcome drink. The sky platform was also a nice place, and the food was delicious. Basically, if you have any questions, just tell the staff, and they'll take care of them right away.

Location is very close to Manggarai station. Very recommended if you are going to use Airport Train from Manggarai in the morning. I also like the rooftop, there's a caffee with nice view. The room is clean and spacious but don't have working table and chair, but still not bad since they already have sofa and table next to the window. The walls are painted white and yellow so it makes me feels comfortable. Sadly, I got a room with broken shower.

This is my first time staying at Yello in Manggarai. The room is quite spacious, the breakfast is quite tasty, not many variations but it's appropriate for the price. The service is also friendly, the only drawback is that when I requested a hairdryer it wasn't available. It's not very practical for those who want to travel light. Another problem is the location, because there is construction going on around it, it's a bit difficult to access, other than that, all good.

I was truly satisfied with my stay and the service. I had a memorable three-day stay. Initially, I had a room with a leaking AC. A technician was called and it was repaired, but the leak persisted. Finally, as a courtesy from the Yellow manager, I was moved to another room and upgraded. I requested a smoking room and was also helped to book for the next day. It was as requested and the hotel was really nice overall. Keep up the good service and keep improving everything else.
