The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I happened to have a great view on the 5th floor. The room was also soundproof and quiet. I got a delicious welcome drink. The sky platform was also a nice place, and the food was delicious. Basically, if you have any questions, just tell the staff, and they'll take care of them right away.

I was truly satisfied with my stay and the service. I had a memorable three-day stay. Initially, I had a room with a leaking AC. A technician was called and it was repaired, but the leak persisted. Finally, as a courtesy from the Yellow manager, I was moved to another room and upgraded.
I requested a smoking room and was also helped to book for the next day. It was as requested and the hotel was really nice overall. Keep up the good service and keep improving everything else.

I got a delicious welcome drink. The sky platform was also a nice place, and the food was delicious.
