I was truly satisfied with my stay and the service. I had a memorable three-day stay. Initially, I had a room with a leaking AC. A technician was called and it was repaired, but the leak persisted. Finally, as a courtesy from the Yellow manager, I was moved to another room and upgraded. I requested a smoking room and was also helped to book for the next day. It was as requested and the hotel was really nice overall. Keep up the good service and keep improving everything else.
