The staff is very friendly and kind, the breakfast menu is quite varied, the location is strategic, across from Kuta beach and in the beachwalk area, just a step from the mall, for those who bring vehicles, there is no need to worry about parking, the room is nice and comfortable, smart TV and there are games in the room, the room is clean, there is only a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but otherwise it is good, the right choice to stay at Yello 👍🏻

You're not allowed to store food in the hotel refrigerator. I've never heard of hotels that don't allow frozen food. The rooms are also basic, more suited to business trips than particularly comfortable ones. The mall is also quite far away; I thought there would be an elevator or something that would take you directly to the center of the mall. Well, it's fine for those who are just curious.

We were placed in the room at the very end of the alley (Room 165), far from the elevator, even though we had previously made a request to have a room near the elevator because we have elderly family members and kids. The garden access room is not what we expected. We were hoping to be placed in an even room with access facing the mall garden rooftop. The guest in the next room was also loud; the room walls are not soundproof.

I've stayed here twice. I love the unique concept and the strategic location right on Beachwalk, just a short walk to Kuta Beach. The rooms are a bit small, but that doesn't detract from the comfort of your stay.

If you are coming to Bali and are looking for comfort, YELLO hotel is your best and friendliest bet. Rooms are modern and clean, outlets are universal, service from all assistants is outstanding and the bathroom is free from rust with a glass door and amenities (shampoo/body wash/toothbrush/hair dryer). It is also connected to the Beachwalk Mall which has everything you need: ATM, food (local/western/more), clothing shops, fruit market, entertainment at the center, nearby shops outside the mall, the beach... you cannot go wrong here!!!
