I liked the stay at this place. I stayed for two days. I felt safe. The breakfast was free. very nice and plenty. The bathroom had a leakage from shower. There was a towel kept on the towel purposefully. When I took a shower, I saw lots of water coming out to the floor. I reported it to the lady at the front desk she said that every room is like that. I realized that she didn’t want to hear me. The next day it was a lot of water coming out, I again reported it to front desk and told her the leaking would damage the building and then immediately she sent someone to fix it. I would recommend this hotel. Even though it is located far away from Florence, it is a quiet place.

We really enjoyed out stay at first hotel. Their staff are helpful, kind and considerate. They offer good breakfast.

The hotel in general is great although it is showing its age. Staff were excellent and breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit cramped.

The hotel was set around beautiful scenery but the rooms don’t show it. Room was on the bottom floor with no air conditioning and a window that only fully opened so doesn’t feel safe to have open over night. This made the room boiling hot. Reception staff we relatively blunt and rude. The waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly and the food was great but the male manager was also quite unfriendly. There is a bar but no one is ever manning it and there seems to be a large lack of seating around it.

Unfortunately our stay was a bit unpleasant; our room was extremely hot. I couldn't sleep as to how warm the overall temperature was and couldn't regulate it. Had to open the windows to try to breathe and stop the sweat. In the other hand, the shower was defective and splashed water out of it.
