This Is An Extremely Beautiful Property, With A View Of The Lake, The Staff Was Very Friendly, The Room Was Immaculately Clean And Spacious. The Was Very Helpful With Directions And Tips Of Places To Go And How To Get Around. If You Get Breakfast Included, They Have Many Options. And If You Order Drinks At The Hotel Bar They Are Very Cost Friendly

It was a very nice hotel , with convenience to the airport in the morning . There are not a lot of restaurant options , if you do not eat at the hotel . You will have to drive to go elsewhere . Otherwise , it is really lovely .

I did a mother daughter trip with my 13 year old. We loved this hotel as it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and we loved the little shuttle guy. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm.

Need a car but prooerty was excellent

This place was amazing! The staff everywhere was so attentive and kind! They made our stay all the better and I would love to come back again!

Beautiful. Quiet area.

Gorgeous hotel set in the most amazing gardens, with lovely staff. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, plenty of sun beds available. We booked a classic standard room for 7 nights, it was perfect for us, spacious with a very comfy double bed and en-suite modern shower room. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cereals, pastries and some hot food, sausages, eggs etc. The hotel provide a free shuttle service at certain times of the day to the train station and if you call them when you leave Venice they will pick you up too. Times of trains are available from reception. Trains are regular and easy to use, we visited Venice and Verona during our stay. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant, the food and service was 5 star. We also had a few evening meals at Madly, a 15 minute walk from the hotel and this was very good also. We loved this hotel, it is looked after beautifully by wonderful staff who take good care of their guests.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend. Breakfast, hotel facilities, staff all excellent. Free shuttle to train station for Venice..so best of both worlds. Very relaxing and tranquil surrounds. We will be back

If us a great hotel

Though there was an obvious language barrier on our end, the staff were very patient, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Friendly staff! We had a short but peaceful stay

Hotel, hotel staff were excellent, The adjacent water-way and trail contained various forms of wildlife and was a pleasure to take a stroll on the trail to town. The hotel restaurant staff were excellent, the food quality was not commensurate with the price. I and my wife decided to splurge just once this trip on a good meal and we spent about 260.00 Euros on the dinner. My wife's lobster plate contained just a sliver of lobster. My tiramisu and coffee was a slice of cake with a splash of coffee next to the cake. I left the restaurant hungrier than when I entered. Staff indicated they had a chef, but no alterations to the meals could be made which makes me believe all meals are prepared beforehand and heated prior to serving. Breakfast is 17 Euros per person. The range of food offered at breakfast is wide and delicious. However, when asked if staff could prepare us an omelet, we were advised it could be done at an additional cost. 17 Euros per person is more than enough to avoid further costs to have a simple omelet made. To sum it up, this is a very nice hotel, but I am less enamored with the restaurant - FYI, there are restaurants in the local town and I kick myself for not seeking out this alternative.

I enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you enter the staff is amicable and help you with anything you need, e.g. taxi, bar, restaurant appointment. The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable.
