Walking distance to central Milan. Staff provided good restaurants suggestions and were very friendly. Renovated room and bathroom. Only downside was a slight cigarette smell in the room and humidity smell in the bathroom.

It is about 10 min walk from train station and very close to shopping street. Restaurants are also nearby
The bad:
The bathroom was dirty, it didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, the AC was very slow

Despite unseasonable mild weather there was no way to turn the heat off. Room phone was dead. We asked the front desk about the heat (going down to reception each time) numerous times and they finally sent someone to check the hair dryer !?!?’ and we said that’s not the issue! They still didn’t explain so we asked again and finally they said there’s nothing they can do! So a noisy night above the busy street with the window open! And lacking language also.

Beware of booking at this hotel. This hotel was a terrible experience. The AC was not working in the room and when we went to complain about how extremely hot the room was the front desk agent said she would check it out. 2 hours later we asked again about the AC issue and if there was another room we could be moved into. The front desk agent stated all the rooms were the same and nothing could be done about it. We decided to check out of the hotel due to the extreme heat issue in the room and the hotel refused to refund 1night accommodation Extremely poor customer service and crappy hotel.

If you need to work though, beware, the WIFI is terrible - speeds i have not seen since the days of dialup..
