Great staff, excellent location, much more than a Continental breakfast! The room & hotel very clean. I liked that it was quiet & I could sleep do to that. Really nice employees especially Jose the bartender!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel location ideal as all attractions were within walking distance. The staff at the reception.. Claudia and Alessandra planned our daily trip efficiently. Room kept very clean by Joshua and Alexandra. Daily buffet breakfast excelent.Thanks to Felicia, Walter and Adelina. Highly recommended hotel.

Only great things to say about this place! The staff is very welcoming! Rooms are big and spacious! Really clean and rooms are very elegant! When I come back to Rome again this is where I will be staying!

Great location. Friendly staff. Room with two single sofa beds perfect for family of 4 with teens. Very quiet room - no noise from outside. Lovely roof terrace.

I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a tickytacky commercial area of Rome with no charm. Ten minute walk to anywhere remotely charming. Second, terrible customer service. Never saw my original booked room. When I told them on my arrival I was a solo traveler, the rep gave me an ‘upgrade’ she said to a three person room. I went to see it and it was nice but was like a cave it was so dark. Went back to front desk, they said they had no more rooms, I was given a four person room that at least had decent light. What happened to my original two person deluxe room? I asked to speak with the hotel manager, was told he was out. There was no hotel manager on site for the entire 5 day stay. The woman at the front desk two days into my trip told me it was her last day, the hotel manager was never on site and she was tired of dealing with all the customer complaints. My strong recommendation is DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is vastly overpriced for its location and amenities and poorly managed, there are much better choices of hotel in Rome!

The CC Palace and their staff were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 nights there and a 4th night the night before our return flight. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to most sites. We even walked to the Vatican. The breakfast on the terrace was great too with lots of choices. The service was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is clean and walkable. Breakfast on the terrace was great. Rooms are on the smaller side and beds are quite hard.
