Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable.

The room was great and rather cheap the hotel offers a lot of spa and pool services but they're expensive on their own unless you get them included with the room we were only staying one night. It was a little loud we heard renovations taking place near us but didn't affect sleeping.

Good location. Breakfast is great, and a lot of healthy choices. The view is fantastic from the dining room. The AC in the room is strong. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. But the spa facility is not included.

The hotel gave us an excellent base to explore various parts of Tuscany using the train station which was a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were half board and enjoyed excellent evening meals which were served with a smile and very professionally by Irene, Alexander and the team. We used the spa facilities which given the almost 40 degree heat outside provided a very relaxing and pleasant afternoon.

I need someone contact me. We have clearly identified 2+2kids in our reservation. The room only had space for 3. We communicated with staff who could barely speak English and the answer was sorry no room available. They said they will refund one person. We could not sleep the night. In morning he refunded one person and they charged one person breakfast which by the way was part of package. I am not happy.

The hotel is right on a very busy street, no sign for parking, not a comfortable experience. The rooms are OK, nice look although just two power outlets available. But all that was OK for us as we visited many better or worse places. But with the following, I have a serious concern. I booked the room through Travelocity, entered five people and was offered Quadruple Room with ‘sleeps five people’ note. To be surprised at the checkout about an extra charge of 26 EURO for the fifth person (child under 6). After complaining and showing my reservation, the receptionist basically told me that he ‘DOES NOT CARE AND THAT THE PROBLEM IS BETWEEN ME AND EXPEDIA’. Very disappointing and rude for a venue that should pride themselves for a customer satisfaction. I can swallow miscommunication between the hotel and Travelocity but rudeness will NEVER be acceptable and I therefore highly recommend to AVOID this place. They offer a lot of smiles not to you but to your vallet.

Great location in the center of town and friendly staff. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were updated. Everything very clean. Only issue I had was that the beds are very hard and not very comfortable.

Our room was decorated with dark grey/green walls and white mock baroque fittings. The mirror above the dressing table was framed in huge white swirls and waves. It was too high on the wall to be used with the dressing table stool. The bed had a head board of white swirls. All the lamps were smothered with bright red shades and the whole effect was to create a room which looked like it belonged in a sleasey novel. The shower room was quite nicely decorated, or seemed to be until you came to use it. When shaving I was permanently back lit, my face being in the shade but my hair (grey) forming a brightly back-lit halo. So much of this room (308) was designed for effect, not for occupying. Even the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I must comment on the breakfast service, which was good as far as the staff could make it so but the so called hot food was always cold. I couldn't make the staff understand when I mentioned it. I cannot understand what is so difficult about keeping bacon and scrambled egg hot. This hotel seemed to rely on infra red lamps aimed from above. They were hopeless. They also discoloured the food so the scrambled egg looked like orange trifle.

Personale veramente gentile, sia all’accoglienza che in spa , camera un po’ fredda sia come arredamento che come temperatura, abbiamo però chiesto una coperta in più e l’hanno portata subito, la spa un po’ piccolina ma il massaggio è stato molto bello ed eseguito bene, non molto confortevole la zona relax ubicata praticamente nella hall e fredda come temperatura, peccato per il ristorante che chiudendo alle 21 non abbiamo potuto provarlo…
