From the friendly checkin through to checking out the staff were great and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location a short walk from Duomo but far enough away to be quiet in the evening.

Had an amazing time. The room was lovely, clean and the service from staff including the domestics was excelent. Staff at reception could not do enough. Very helpful. Breakfadt was very good and location in the heart of everything. Thank you for amazing time, wish l could stay longer

probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. the rooms are SO spacious, very clean and comfortable. the property is beautiful. wonderful breakfast as well! such a great location, close to so many gems. I will only stay in this hotel while visiting florence! grazie mille!!

Good stay in a very central location. Air conditioning was centrally controlled at first and so had to open the window which was noisy. However once it kicked in it was very effective. Great location to get everywhere. Really helpful staff and breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast was not included and very expensive. The staff were nice and very helpful. But on the first couple of nights, the toilet in our original room broke from the wall and smelly water leaked to the floor and wasn’t fixed properly. But the only good thing was that they were able to move us to a better room for the last two night of our stay. Air conditioning was good.

The hotel was in a great location, well maintained and the staff was helpful. My only concern was the lack of air in the room, it was very warm and stuffy. We slept with the window open, however it was extremely loud outside (due to the great location) and our room was full of mosquitos.

Great stay for our five nights in Florence. The triple room was very spacious (king bed and a twin for our 4 yr old). The roof top bar was amazing. Having a drink after a long day taking in the view was what we needed. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the duomo and several piazzas.

The hotel was fantastic. Great style, friendly staff and the rooms and bathrooms were lacking nothing as Americans used to hotels back home. Rooftop bar was a nightly visit and The bar staff were great.
