Staff were very indifferent both on arrival and check out. Breakfast was chaotic, the coffee machine exploded at one point and the room is far too small for guests to eat and serve themselves. The area around the hotel is not desirable. The room was very basic for the price I paid. No facilities for hot drinks. Walls are very thin and bedding was inadequate. There was simply a sheet and no duvet cover? Damp marks on the wallpaper above the window.

We can safely say this hotel could use some updates. Our lamp shade was broken, our bathroom tiles were cracked, the door frame was also loose…. But the staff and the management was excellent! Our room was clean and roomy for with 2 single beds. The bed was very comfortable and we needed 2 additional pillows which they immediately provided which was much appreciated! The breakfast was VERY adequate and we looked forward each morning to eggs, bacon, various pastries, croissants, cheeses, fresh fruits ect..! We especially loved being able to use the hotel bikes to tour the city! The wifi was strong and fast, the shower was hot and satisfying! We would stay here again for the location, fair price and the staff!

I felt this property was overpriced. The area around the station is dubious. The hotel is tired. Their management systems need reviewing - I received 2 wake up calls that I didn’t place. The joy for me was the laundry (not related to the hotel) which was located nearby and cleaned my clothes perfectly. However, I would not stay ant the hotel ever again.

Staff was amazingly polite. Breakfast was of top quality. Room was very small for 2 people and 2 luggage to navigate. Shower was tiny for me and I’m not a big man. Handle fell off door upon arrival inside the room. Was told that there was nothing to be done.

The breakfast attendant was great. Saw us struggling to get coffee and made us cappuccino! Good breakfast. Nicer than any hotel breakfast in North America!
The negatives. Need some upkeep and updates. Shower door need replacing. Some electric sockets need some work.

Love the fact that this hotel is only a 9 minute walk to the Bologna Centrale. There are also many shopping and food establishments nearby. Old town is about 15 minute walk but it's all flat so easy.

Good all-round 3 star hotel. Well placed for the station (about ten minutes walk) and for the centre of Bologna (about 15 minutes walk).
Only suggestion would be that the good breakfast buffet deserves a little more space.

Hotel is on good location, near the train station, maybe 5min walking distance. To the centre it takes more, around 20min by foot.
The hotel offers free bikes, but they don't have child seats.
Room and other facilities were clean.
Breakfast is surprisingly good for Italy.
Stuff is friendly, except for a young girl on the reception desk who was determined not to be helpful.
Even though we marked that we were coming with small child and paid higher fee, the cot was not available in our room. We were asked to additionally pay for it.

Room was incredibly small - photos of hotel somewhat misleading. Room felt tired. There was writing on the wall from previous guests. There was a random step in the middle of the room.
Good points - close to train station and within 20 minute walk of Piazzo Maggiore
Bad points - breakfast was chaos. Coffee machine not working 2 out of 3 days. Breakfast room too small for the amount of guests.
