Simple but very clean

The receptionists humour did not land well. She could have been much more welcoming and helpful.The place is refurbished in the sort of way that it just covers up old dirty interiors. The room faced to a yard containing bins and rubbish from the Chinese restaurant below. The room smelt faintly of sewage.The alternative shown was dark and facing the noisy street. Light shone in around the door from the corridor. The amenities in the bathroom such as cotton pads had been half used and not replaced. The floor was not clean. I did not feel particularly safe and was pleased to leave this property. It’s fine if you want a semi clean youth hostel feel but other than that lol elsewhere.

Good for a short stay close to the airport. Called the hotel shuttle via “whatsapp” and shuttle came within 15 mins.

Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the cleanliness or lack of. I arrived late, crashed but on waking discovered the bottom sheet was soiled ( it was a brown stain… and yes you’re right to think that)

Very clean, almost sterile feeling hotel conveniently located across from the bus to the airport. Internet issues during my stay, which made things less than ideal. Great location if you are getting up for an early flight.

Nice, functional hotel in a very convenient location across the street from gare Milano. Appearance from the outside might leave you questioning your decision, but inside seems to be newly renovated with floors in reception/ common areas sparkling. Room was very bright. Bed was comfortable. Better detailed dusting would be my only recommendation to cleaning crew.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Milan central train station. We stayed three nights but Tila, the night manager, did not allow us to stay at the hotel lobby for 3 hours (after checking out) while waiting for the train station to reopen. Unfortunately, we did not know that this train station closes between 1 and 4 AM, and that all travellers must leave the premises. Tila’s reasons? 1. We were no longer registered. 2. She did not know us, implying that we could be bad people ourselves (but our passports were checked upon arrival). 3. She could be in trouble with the police if she allowed us to stay. 4. The hotel was fully booked. So, at a time when our own security was compromised, Tila literally threw us out in the rain to fend for ourselves. Objectively, what do we think of this experience? 1. The hotel is clean. 2. The other staff are great (shout out to Sinna and Pheobe). 3. Our situation could have been handled better. Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel unless the owner/senior mgt gave us assurances that our safety concerns have been addressed and that staff have been coached. The nagging question is that what if this happened to our children and their friends who do not have the same financial resources and travel experience? What if this happened to you or your young children? In the end, this property did not serve the purpose it was chosen for. Nor did it give us the security we needed while travelling in an unfamiliar place.

Just close to milan centrale station. Fair walk to city centre,because we didnt want to use underground. The hotel staff was understanding and overall we had a good experience.

The location being next to main central station is quite convenient with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel which occupies the whole first floor is newly renovated. My room for a weak was clean, spacious and cleaned daily. The staff are friendly. I will not hesitate to stay here again when in Milan. It’s perfect for being a base hotel while you explore northern Italy using trains.

Right across from the train station which is very convenient. And there is an elevator. The hotel and room were very clean, reception and employees were very nice and helpful. The immediate area is maybe not as nice as some people would like, but I think that is normal around train stations. Within 20-25 minutes you could really walk anywhere.

Bathroom smelled funny, light was shining all around door from hallway making it difficult to sleep. Was convenient for short stay as right across from train station

É um hotel relativamente simples, mas muito bem equipado, confortável e limpo. A equipe é bem atenciosa. A localização também é muito conveniente

Tres vuen situé proche de la gare propre et bon accueil. Peu insonorisé a l'intérieur les bruits de couloir sont tres nets

O hotel fica dentro de um predio bem antigo e sem nenhum atrativo. Mas qdo vc entra se depara com a maravilha que é. Excelente. Voltarei mil vezes. Muito conforto e bem tecnologico. O pronlema todo é a parte externa que assusta.

O hotel é bem localizado. Tivemos um pouco de problema com a comunicação na hora do check-in, pois os funcionários falavam mais Italiano que inglês e foi difícil entender. Quarto era pequeno mas bem aconchegante. O café da manhã foi ótimo!

Ótima localização para quem vem pela estação central de Milão. O acesso é no segundo piso e elevador pequeno mas funciona bem. Ótimas opções de restaurante no mercado central de Milão, bem em frente. Acesso a toda a cidade com muita facilidade e aos aeroportos. Máquina de café disponível é grátis
