This place is amazing, it is located in the heart of Florence. You have access super quick to all the amazing stuff. The hotel it is located on the second floor of a building. So it is not the whole building.

This was a great location. The Duomo was steps away from the hotel. We were able to walk to everything we visited. It was a busy area, but it was a great place to stay. The only thing to be aware of is the church bells that started ringing at 7:00am. I would stay again.

Hotel is very basic, small tv, no cable, no fancy breakfast area. This hotels strong point is its Location. It would be pretty difficult to find a hotel in a better location to the heart of Florence.

This is a youth hostel not a hotel. Great for budget minded college kids but not for seasoned travelers. Location was great but other than that stay away.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and tidy. The welcome treats were a nice surprise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were good coffee and tea access 24/7. A very central Hotel. In walking distance of lots of attractions and railway station. My daughter and I had a great stay in Florence.

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a short trip to Florence. The hotel is centrally located. Super convenient to all shopping, dining and sightseeing. The train station is only a short walk away as well. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They let us store luggage before and after the checkout. Which was very convenient. There is none at the front desk at night, so you can’t complain about the noise coming from the other rooms. I’d highly recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Those are good regardless of where you stay, really. Overall we had an excellent stay. Would definitely return.

We had a view of the Duomo! Room was very clean, staff was so nice and helpful, liked using the app to enter building, hotel, and room. Great location in the center of town, next to Duomo, shops and restaurants close by, short walk to Uffizi and Academia museums.
