I travelled with my mom. it's quite a great location. near to termini station and metro station too. but the reception in the upstairs without lift. it's hard if you bring a lot of stuff. and when check in, the reception quite underestimate me because I paid city tax (3 euro) with coins. what can I do, I used to paid with my card and he said I should pay in cash. and what i've in cash was coins that I used to get when I bought souvenir. but i'd love the bathroom. it was clean and quite large. when I check out I want to keep my bag but it cost 5€ each bag. it's quite expensive since i've europe trip, only in this hotel charge me for keep a luggage after check out.
