Hotel Pineta Palace

It was scary on so many levels.

From the 1st arrival Anastasia who checked me in right away with a smile at the front desk reception counter to all the amazing helpful staff — Antonio, Ananda, Mittel & the bartender extraordinaire, Djibrune and your breakfast servers Stefano & Christine, I am sooo happy you made my anxiousness of flying out solo to Rome for the 1st time without knowing any Italian! I felt Hotel Pineta Palace was a welcoming & comforting safe place from being devastated by my partners of deception of a hospitality venue in a suburb of Chicago that I left with a one-way ticket to Rome with the surrender to God to takeover my Life and he brought me to this place to see the Vatican City. I am sooo grateful for this time here and the generosity of the people that I am attending the wedding of this couple from Mexico where I will cook for the Wedding Day as the couple didn’t receive the funds to pay for the reception dinner for 32 people, so I offered my services to cook a 3-course Italian dinner from scratch for them as I have done for my Church serving the 300 members and the town’s homeless shelter of 50 people for over 40+yrs. A very beautiful hotel with warm welcoming staff. It’s very clean, maid service daily! The free breakfast is over the top, with Stefano there providing excellent service with a smile! I definitely recommend this hotel! It’s a 10 star plus!

Awful, very bad experience. With dining , room service . I made my reservation with Expedia for 2 adults 2 kids to pay the total amount when I check in but they said no I have to pay 60 euros for my 4th kid

The stay was horrible. Very rude staff and manager.

We had a beautiful vacation at Pineta Palace Hotel. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Amazing breakfast .

It was very basic not at all what it looked like room wise in the brouchure. Economy room was not good hard bed and no coffee or tea making available . The best part of the hotel was the bar including the bar manager . One girl on reception was very helpful . I wouldt stay there again but mainly because of the room we had

If you want to hear everything what is going on room next door hotel is perfect, from sex that couples have to people wounding around at 2am .

Hotel: no 1 day ticket available in the hotel. They have only 1 ride ticket, hence we walked down to the shop which is 5 mins walk. This is near to a park that on our stay was busy there were kids afternoon play with sounds. I woke up with the loud noise and sound of a loud microphone! I went to the reception and asked what time the event will finish, i was told 8 pm and that was 4:30 pm😢 >we went out since there in no point of staying to take a rest. We came home around 10:30 pm and there were still the loud noise. Room: insulation is no good! Bed : not so comfortable Toilet: beautiful but was not cleaned on our second day. Lounge : is bare. No characteristic at all. U will not choose to stay and have a chat with friends. Not welcoming i should say. Bar: cappuccino was not nice, it does not taste italian coffee at all. The area is not beautiful to chat with friends.very plain . There was a stand with cakes that looks from yesterday. Reception: receptionist were not welcoming😏 Breakfast room: they have varieties. The cooked scrambled egg was the highlights of our 4 day stay and we look forward everyday😍. The egg was cooked well and enough saltiness. The cakes seemed home made cake which we enjoyed😋. The pastries taste from yesterdays leftover😞. Not a breakfast we had compared to other hotel we've been as 4* category. Garden: lack of flowers and not so lively🙃 Overall: if u need a place to spend the night , this is fine. If u are small brekky eater this s ok.

It's not in hotel row where tourists are expected to stay, this hotel stands alone among apartments and small storefronts. We were able to get a suite for the one night. The view was nice, good sunrise vantage point. Refrigerator, coffee maker, hose for shower. Breakfast was nice: eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, breads, pastries. Coffee was good, I did not have bad coffee in Italy. There are restaurants close by if you don't want the hotel food: Gli sfrontati BIS pizza is really thin crust. Taverna Sacchetti has nice home-made food where locals go. Good walking distance. There is a bar in the hotel for drinks, coffee, pastry, you can choose to eat inside or the patio outside among different apartment dwellings. There is parking downstairs, felt secure. You can purchase bus tickets from lobby to take bus near Vatican #46 or #49 gets you pretty close. It's located close enough to the freeway on the west side of Rome so you can get to the airport without too much hassle. The staff is nice and helpful.
