Great property on the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Big pool. Loved it.

This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star heart. All I can say is that it is convenient, on the beach, great friendly staff and a great restaurant along with a wonderfully sunny pool. Awesome stay!

The service and general hotel was absolutely phenomenal and not half what id expected from the price at all. Will definitely be returning here.

Very good attentive staff. Hotel rooms were "ok". Bathroom set up for more elderly guests which was not great. Decor is very dated and could do with a complete renovation. Location is superb though. Right on the lake and a 20 minute walk to either Garda or Bardolino for a massive choice of restaurants. Food in the hotel not great. On a rainy night we decided to try their "Special Dinner" A total rip off at 45 euros a head for a buffet which was average at best. Dessert was a choice of one..."special cake". Breakfast was just ok but no variation on a day to day basis so got a bit boring after a two week stay.

Myself and my son have thoroughly enjoyed a five night stay at the hotel. Situated in a picturesque part of the lake it is quiet amd safe. We took advantage of the bike hire on most days cycling to garda, bardolino and cisano. It is a fair walk to bardolino or garda but a gorgeous walk nonetheless. The hotel has its own beach which we managed to get sunbeds when we required them. We loved hiring the paddle boards and kayak but they are like gold dust and unfortunately there only seems to be one of each so we werent able to complete activities together which was a shame. I feel more should be available as my son was disappointed on a couple of occasions to not be able to use them. However this didnt ruin the stay would be better if more were available or reservarions in place. Staff at the hotel were wonderful and couldnt do enough to help. Always very pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was fabulous - a wide range of food and drink available, we didnt use the restaurant at other times. We found the bus stop at the top fantastic plus the local beach bars were very handy - takeaways pizzas were fabulous on a night we were too tired. Only downside was the lack of balconies or a little outside space. Only a few rooms seem to have that available. Overall a fabulous stay and definitely wont be the last visit to the stunning lake garda and hotel sportsman. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic, loved every moment. Hotel cannot be faulted. Service is excellent even down to leaving a beach bag with beach towels! Perfect! A very warm welcome from all staff.

I enjoyed Chiara as she was extremely helpful in making sure I had all my transfers arranged and extremely helpful. Staff was very friendly and and amazing

The service provided was excellent. Had some auto issues when we were scheduled to depart and Sabrina (front desk manager) went above and beyond to assist us with calling the auto rental agency and making arrangements to help us get out situation remedied. Everyone was very pleasant and enthusiastic. Great location......

perfect hotel - location easy to visit other resorts near by. Easy to get to Venice and Verona. private beach area and good pool.

The hotel is fantastic, has a private beach, lovely swimming pool and good position between Bardolino & Garda. We had a lovely view of the lake. The staff were very helpful and efficient, the breakfast is simply one of the best we have had anywhere. The rooms are comfortable, have many extra amenities

Excellent hotel with its own private beach. Good value meals (5 courses for 20 euros) although the dining room was lacking an atmosphere.

Best breakfast choice ever. Had absolutely everything, including self juicer with a wide selection of fruit and veg.

Lovely hotel and great location between Garda and Bardolino so we enjoyed walking by the lakeside to visit both places where there were lots of restaurants and shops both lovely places. We walked all the way down the Lakeside to Peschiera which was a great way to see the different resorts on the way and stop for refreshments! The sunsets on the lake were beautiful. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I'm that area of Lake Garda in the future.

Fantastic stay start to finish - from hotel organised airport transfer to flexibility regarding check-out time (kindly allowed us an extra hour on the beach!). All staff friendly & helpful. Room facilities - including robes & beach bag, fridge for our water etc, lovely big bathroom & side-view of the lake - all fab! Enjoyed Sunday evening aperitif hour with Prosecco & delicious (& plentiful) canapés. Pina coladas best we've ever had - especially at happy hour prices. Finally location halfway between Bardolino & Garda was perfect - we loved our evening walk along the promenade in one direction or the other for drinks & dinner in the numerous options available. Highly recommend this hotel ... we want yo go back!

Our first impression of the hotel was favourable finding a free parking space for our hired car which was on the doorstep of this hotel. Reception staff was very welcoming and efficient. Room was as described at booking and offered good comfortable beds, reasonable size and good bathroom facilities. We. Used the bar and found service to be slow but staff were friendly. We used the restaurant for dinner on a couple of evenings and the set menu was good value and food quality very good in comparison to the local restaurants. A good wine list with local wines on offer at reasonable prices for hotel. Overall our stay at this hotel was a very enjoyable experience in this location.

Med tanke på pris och klassen på hotellet borde sängarna och kuddarna varit bättre. Hårda sängar och obekväma kuddar. Mycket bra skick men börjar kanske bli lite föråldrat.
