ibis Como

We spent two nights at the Ibis. The room was very basic and had everything that is necessary for a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was appreciated.

Hello team I did NOT have a joyed stay here at all 1-summer and air conditioned did not work in room and could not sleep at all in 3 nights was informed that AC was regulated and would not drop in temperature- I attempted to open window however it was storming and rain came into room - then attempted to just crack it open for air and was bitten by mosquitoes all night 2-shower had black mold in it and I wouldn’t even shower at home in these conditions not acceptable I alerted staff and also used your app as communication for housekeeping to clean properly and nothing was done 3 -was electrocuted by faulty iron that the whole hotel had to share and I asked for it to be replaced that didn’t happen 4-Twas a pet friendly hotel and room smelt of wet dog - very unpleasant I have alerted staff of all complaints and through your messaging system that doesn’t seem to get to them I need you to FIX this.

Joshua at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and really helpful. Unfortunately the room was older, smelled like cigarettes and the ac did not work well. We laid in bed and tried not to move all night because it was so hot. Thankfully we had to get up early and leave. It is nice to have the free parking.

Front staff were great, 10 mintute walk to tain platform. Dopplio malto across the street was great..

Room super warm, area a bit run down good for a quick stay

The room was adequate for a 1-night stay. Selene was very helpful with her recommendations as to where to eat at on our trip in Italy.

Toilet and aircon not serviceable, staff advised and not attended to

The hotel room was very hot. Breakfast options should be available after 10am. Otherwise location outside the city was convenient.

A really good hotel for those wanting a night or two on a touring holiday. V comfortable, but carpetß and shower unit coud do with renewing.

Everything was great apart from the bed being very hard. Also the restaurant is not open at the weekend so we had to go to eat. All else was good.

Room had an odour to it when you initially went in. Pillows too big. Deliciously breakfast at a reasonable price.

I have to pay for one more room because they don't have my reservation and i have no way to contact expedia Terrible situation Shame for expedia

Low end hotel , good for short stay or work related , outdated old property. Very comperable to an Average no brand Name MOTEL in the USA.

Lovely service, highly recommend

Very nice staff who were helpful. Confortable rooms and dining experience. Visited on a work trip and would go back
