The hotel was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. The breakfast was also excellent, with great options and quality. I highly recommend IQ Milano Hotel to anyone visiting Milan. I would definitely return again if I go back to the city.

IQ is a perfect hotel for the price - it is inexpensive, well kept, and has some of the best breakfasts you can get in a hotel in this price range. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped. Even the mini fridge with drinks and little snacks was free. These little things add up! The location is also perfect - very close to the train station but not right on top of it, and there are dozens of very good restaurants within 5-10 min walk.

Clean, neat hotel located right across the street from Central Train Station. Could not be more convenient. Small lobby, but great bar and convenient restaurant. Elizabetta at the bar was super helpful. Knowledgeable about their drinks and very prompt. Really good experience at this hotel. Will be back.

Everything was great . Room service, front desk, staffs and the property condition were all excellent except the size of the shower stall. I am a small person but could not take a shower without constantly bumping into the wall.

The location was perfect for our trip. The hotel is only 15-20 mins from Linate airport and located in a prime area within walking distance to the Milan Centrale station, the meeting point for most scheduled tours (4 minute walk). With some tours scheduled for early mornings, this was optimal. The property is safe, very clean and the concierge was friendly and hospitable. Check-in was seamless, we arrived early and our room was ready which was nice and we received welcome drinks on the rooftop. Our room and bathroom were spacious. The elevators were a good size for luggage. Hotel amenities were great. I recommend patronizing the rooftop bar during your stay for appetizers, entrees, and drinks. There is a spa onsite but we unfortunately did not have time to visit it this time but plan to do so during a future visit. I recommend this property for your next visit to Milan.

We booked 3 rooms on our 4 days stay in Milan. The hotel is very accessible (2 minutes walk) to the Milan Centrale Train Station which by itself a grand building of architectural masterpiece. Take time to view it at night which yields an extraordinary beauty when the top train station facade is illuminated. The hotel is clean with great amenities. Beds are comfortable too. This hotel served consistently superb buffet breakfast and more importantly the staff are very knowledgeable, hospitable and cordial. We flew so early in the morning and their packed/to go breakfast was our savior for filling our hunger (as we run out of time during our check in at the airport). Our heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their great service. Milan airport staff allowed us to carry the packed breakfast up to the air Dolomiti flight. Overall, this hotel is a must place to stay in Milan and will definitely choose IQ hotel if we will visit next time.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Always asking what they could do to make our stay better! We had a few requests and they were quickly accommodated. I highly recommend this hotel! The train station is across the street, and the subway is easy to use. We also walked to the duomo etc.
