Their service was amazing. The host that host (male) we met there on the night of July 12th made us dinner even though everything was closed at we arrived after midnight. What a classy guy and what a classy establishment. We will already look at staying there next year when we visit Rome next year..

The staff were fantastic, except one day they forgot to clean the room. The AC never worked properly, my shower was full of ants one morning (and no, I wasn't eating an ice cream while showering!), the pool was down the entire time and that was the reason I chose this hotel, for their beautiful big pool. The place was dilapidated and is in need of major renovations. It was, at best, a 2 star establishment.

The staff was very nice and welcoming but the pictures shown online compared to the appearance in person is quiet different. Also the location was an inconvenience as it is far from Fiumcino airport.

Not bad compared price paid, but if I have to consider four star hotel, about service I used, cannot evaluate all others i didn't used The serviced offered as breakfast room, isn't great Clean room, staff kind and quite carefull but all aspects doesn't look as four star hotel should be. If I consider the price I paid It's very good service and infrastructure.

Horrible, we were eaten alive by Mozzy’s, the website says bus to the airport but this is only available in daily hours. Booked a taxi and the hotel took a cut, and over charged us. Dirt all up the walls

The hotel was properly was nice when it first opened up, but it is very outdated now. There was a leak from the toilet and the beds were not comfortable. There was cobwebs in the ceiling. One good thing is the breakfast and the soccer games played by the players that were staying at the property.

This is an old property which would need lots of maintenance and renovation. Wi-fi connection was not available for the outbuilding and it was impossible to get things fixed for the entire week. The pool is a nice place where enjoying sun, but it is open to external users, therefore can be crowded and noisy. Strongly not recommended to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, very expensive and poor quality.

It’s a cool unique property that caters to soccer teams three pools you can only use two, gym is very old and outdated, resteraunt on site very expensive so so food, ac barley works in the rooms👎, entire place needs updating, cab rides downtown or anywhere of interest are a minimum of $50 both ways, this is on the outskirts of town .... definitely not a 4 star hotel or anywhere close, if you are American and want ac find a 4/5 star hotel closer to downtown where you can walk places

The property has everything what we need, free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and also standard size swimming pool , gym, and restaurant! Plus, the front desk gentleman was very very nice and friendly who guided us to the room and kindly helped us to switch to another room, provided very helpful information about dinning and others. The only issue is that some rooms may need upgrade. Overall, it was a good and relax staying here.

We drove to this hotel and spent the night before our flight. We chose it because of parking , free WiFi and free breakfast. Nice hotel with lots of summer outdoor activities ( nice pool , soccer field and tennis courts). We had a 4 people room . Was nice size and had 2 full bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good choice for breakfast in the morning . There is a restaurant in the premises . Would go back and would recommend to friends and family .
