Ultra Convenient to Centrale rail and Malpensa transit coaches. Cannot vouch for breakfast but seemed fine, if conventional. Mini Lidl just around the corner. Use the Centrale food court on the Nyx side.

Perfect location for a short trip. Hotel doesn't have a parking however there are plenty of wallet parking lots very close to the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location just across the road from Milan Central train station and the Metro. Easy access to Malpensa airport on the train for 13 euros in 50 minutes. The breakfast is decent but not worth the money, I have had better at other hotels in Italy. My room was spacious with a balcony facing the station, it was great having some outside space. The staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for a late checkout as my flight from Malpensa was later in the day, and it was complimentary. My only criticism is that the room was very noisy due to the trams passing by the hotel constantly. I could also feel vibrations. It was difficult to sleep, even with earplugs in. My room was on the second floor, at the front, so maybe a higher floor would be better.

Handy location adjacent to train station and also good food available at Marketo Centrale. Staff friendly. Room clean with daily linen service. A bit noisy if you face the square due to street cars but windows fairly well insulated. Would stay here again

So convenient across from the train station! We were greeted at the front steps by the warm staff who also helped us with our luggage. Check in was friendly, quick and easy. The room was beautiful! Property has many great areas! Would stay longer next time!

When I return to Milan, I will be coming back! Super convenient if you would like to go shopping in the fashion district. The staff especially Marcello was super helpful on showing us where to go to get around and even got us checked in early! He also coordinated our transportation to the airport which was fabulous by the way.

Fabulous hotel literally 2 mins from Centrale. The room was great with everything you’d need and the bar was fab with a great cocktail menu. Some interesting art work too. Will defo stay there again if I’m in Milan

The hotel and property was beautiful, even luxurious. We enjoyed the convenience to the train station and the lovely shops. The hotel restaurant was superb as was the bar. This will definitely be a top of the list consideration should we be fortunate enough to return to Milan. Kudos to the staff in all areas, they were most excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located, directly across from Milan Centrale Train station and taxi stand is there as well if you don't feel like walking luggage across the trolly tracks and cobblestone streets.
The front desk staff was excellent as were all of the hotel employees interacted with. Will definitely put it in my travel plans again in the future!

Right across the plaza from the central station with access to a couple of trolley lines as well so convenient to buy visitor transit pass and navigate Milan. 1st floor room was very noisy with bass from lobby coming through and loud rumbles from passing trolleys. Tiny shower space. Breakfast was convenient but average. Would pick up from nearby coffee shops if I visited there again.
