TRIBE Milano Malpensa

We stayed here after a long travel day by train before heading back to the States. It was our first proper aperitivo experience while in Italy and it was the best way to end our trip. We sat at the bar with the incredibly engaging and hospitable bartenders who made us their favorite spritzes and kept the salty snacks coming the entire time we sat there. We also ordered the shrimp lasagna which was delicious. The shuttle to the airport is incredibly efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean with espresso in the room and water waiting for us. My flight was delayed 7 hours and they easily accommodated a late checkout for me. The lobby is very comfortable with various seating options. Would stay again!

Definitely comfortable and upscale with style so you can relax near the airport or if you're stressed from a flight change it is a comfortable place to be. Very Very clean! On the other hand, the food there is some of the worst ive ever had in Italy. Cibo porcaria! They don't even have a real espresso machine 😶😐. Logistically there is not anything in walking distance from there so its good that there was at least something to eat and it wasn't American cancer food, but the food qualiy here was worse than autogrill.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Although close to the terminal, it is not possible to walk but the shuttle bus is efficient.

Great hotel except the AC didn't work on a 90 degree night.

The staff was insulting from the beginning, I arrived early, at 11:45 am, and they told me there were no rooms available until 3 pm, so my kid just sat in the lobby and waited. I noticed everyone else was getting their room, but I didn’t say anything. Around 1:30 pm I asked again if there was any room ready for me, and the front desk attendants both looked at me and gave me a very despicable look as if I was asking for something free and impossible, so I just sat again. But around 2:30 or 2:45 I noticed they were giving room to just any guest but me, at that point I was very mad because I noticed what was going on(I'm Latina and brown skin) everyone else who got a room was either Italian or white American. When I complained the girl at the front desk told me that I book a cheap room and that was the reason I was not getting a room, I asked her to upgrade me because me and my son were exhausted, she was mad about the fact that I was able to pay for a better room, so basically she just wanted me and my son to be uncomfortable the longest possible. Finally she decided to give me a room, and purposefully she gave me one without AC, so I went downstairs and at this point I asked for a refund, she said it was not possible, finally someone heard me getting irritated and the finally gave me a decent regular room, so basically there were rooms available since I got there she just didn’t want to give me the room. Do not go to this hotel if you are Latina, or not white.

Very convenient and perfect for an overnight stay!

The Tribe hotel is one of the newer hotels in close vicinity to Malpensa International Airport. The facility is beautifully laid out with full services, including a bar, a restaurant, a pool, and an outdoor area to simply relax. One of my favorite items is the hotel has many comfortable areas to sit and relax, even on the different floors. The second floor has direct access to an outdoor seating area and for events they have the capability to set up a bar there. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the service was excellent. If you are flying out of Malpensa or want a place where you can relax before you continue your exploration of Italy this is a wonderful hotel

Very nice hotel , nice clean rooms and nice restaurant I didnt like the breakfast prefer not pay it and go have it at the airport Lunch and dinner are good , price before you see the u think is good but portion very small had to order dinner 2 times but its delicious Transportation to airports are 5 € more than other hotels nearby
