Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property. The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO. The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards, Amazing views, from every angle of the property. Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great. Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property We Will come back next time we will be in Italy.

Beautiful vineyard with lovely hospitality. There was a power outrage so I was unable to enjoy the highly recognized restaurant. I enjoyed the wine tasting. Loved the pool! I was able to enjoy the hot springs EARLY! I got there 5:30a and it made a difference by 6a there were a lot more people but nothing compared to the crowds after 8a. So. Go early! Don’t forget to remove your jewelry! The rooms in the Villa are a bit small but the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. I slept well. I would stay again.

The place is superb. The service is terrible. In particular, the manager was rude. When I asked for Kleenex, I was told that by law they are not obligated to offer it and that I should use toilet paper and if I don't like that I can go to the supermarket and buy some. Also, the front desk is not open until 8 am, and even then, the clerk appeared 15 minutes late. Luckily we were in a car, not trying to catch a plane

A wonderful property to relax and enjoy nature, and of course, the wine! Owned and operated by a family. The staff are very friendly and helpful with great recommendations and services. Breakfast was included and bountiful, tasty, with good choices. The grounds are beautiful and you have full access to roam. The views of the Tuscan hills are breathtaking everywhere you look! The pool is clean and inviting, wonderfully refreshing. The restaurant on site is a must. Delicious cuisine and very good service. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The town of Saturnia is close and a nice place to spend an afternoon/evening. Don’t forget about the hot springs near by. They are unique and relaxing. We will be back! We loved it! Highly recommended.

This was a lovely resort in a nice quiet area. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated and the hotel and property itself was quite beautiful. We were not able to get a reservation for dinner unfortunately for the one night it was open during our stay, booking ahead is recommended. We were able to drive into a nearby town for a great dinner but would have preferred to eat and drink wine at the resort. Lovey destination in beautifully Italy countryside.

Acquaviva is designed for a very specific type of traveler. Unless you plan to rent a car, it will be difficult to get to due to unlimited and unreliable public transport. Overall I did have a great experience and would stay with this host again. There’s an elegance and charm about the location, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was top quality and plentiful.
