The food was average wasn’t a lot of great food choices

I had a terrible experience with the reservation department. I booked a stay here June 8-11 for my brothers wedding. During flight check in, I realized my passport had expired a month ago and unable to fly out. I and Expedia called and sent numerous emails before check in, pleading for a refund or a waiver on this expensive stay that I was unable to enjoy. Phones just rang, and emails without reply’s. The lady in reservations was extremely rude, and refused to connect me with management or info to corporate and stating my emails were sent after check in time which was a lie! Very unacceptable and heart breaking. Not only did I miss the wedding, I am out $700. Very disappointing

Overall nice hotel, despite the day of arrival I requested a double bed in bedroom had to be moved to a new room. Requested birthday decor in room they said they ran out of balloons. I’ve stayed in hotels before and they asked me did I want decorations for my birthday. I wasn’t able to make reservations I asked upon arrival how do we reserve I was told to scan the QR code for reservations and activities. I was not able to call out for room service but was given a different code to dial after complaint.

I have filed a case with expedia. My case # is 13452986. This hotel is garbage. Pls take it off Expedia. I want my money reimbursed for hotel, transfer and my local trips. My hotel room had a huge leak in the ceiling. Water everywhere. We had to change rooms. Barely any hot water to shower with. My transfer from hotel to airport didn't show up on time. I had to take a local taxi. $70. I have proof and receipts to prove my case. It was birthday trip. Completely ruined. No A/C anywhere. My bday was June 10th. We did 4 tours. I want the money reimbursed. I've been to many Caribbean islands. This was the WORST. Absolutely ruined my birthday. I'm so mad. This hotel should NOT be on your website. My family and I really enjoyed Royalton blue Waters . We had a Buttler service and Ryan. was the best Butler I’ve ever had. He made our stay so complete he checked in he did above and beyond making sure that my family and I were comfortable and not in need of anything. we receive a daily schedule of what’s going on at the resort every day was something different.

I loved the Jerk Pit every afternoon and the amount of lounge chairs made it easy for relaxing. I also had wonderful experiences with the staff at the buffet. It was an excellent experience! Ya Mon!

There are two properties with no clear distinction of the border Adults from blue waters cannot go over Hideaway side but Hideaway guests can come and dine and party on blue waters side. Do not make the mistake on relaxing as an adult on the Hideaway side. This is not communicated at check in. You will find yourself in confrontation with staff. Beautiful property. Great tasting food. Room is average, 3 star rating.

We were not impressed with the food and how reservations were made for the restaurants. Staff kept redirecting us back to an app that didn't work and seemed inconvenienced when we asked for help. This was the first of many all inclusive that left me feeling negative about the food in general. There were some really great bartenders and servers and also some really terrible bartenders and servers. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and our 8 year old really enjoyed all there was to offer. The kid friendly games and nightlife made up for the poor experience(s) above.

A very enjoyable experience, butler service was great and the use of the hospitality room at the end of the stay was perfect. A good selection of food. Staff on the beach were cheerful and helpful especially Shaymar who met our every need whilst on the beach.

The buffet was wonderful with welcoming servers, Chef and staff. From the sushi, fresh fruit, ham, Jamaican food, cupcakes, everything was wonderful.
