White Sands Negril

Great resort, employees are the best! All of them! Room was a bit load due to proximity to road but will make this a yearly stay!

Second time staying at this property, and absolutely love it. The staff is so warm and welcoming, they treat you like family. The beach though is the most stunning and beautiful part of it all. Food was great, rooms are clean. Overall no complaints and I will definitely go back.

I will never stay here again or recommend. The listing did not state it was split .. the pics are not accurate of the property. They are outdated .. it listed it as a beachside hotel . I upgraded to the beachside after getting there and saw how far and the busy rd i had to cross to get to the beach . I was over charged my upgrade by double .. didnt get my money back even after talking with the manager for the clerk overcharging me over 200$ canadian that i paid in cash and when leaving the receipt stated 70$ .. the junior suite i uograded too had no broom or anything to clean up the kitchenette. The toilet wouldnt fully flush .. sink drain was broken . I paid over 500$ Canadian for 2 nights .. after being overcharged for my upgrade .. poor service .. poor management and didnt get my money back for the over payment .. i left frustrated and upset

Found bed bugs in two of the six rooms and management refused to refund money after we all left 30 minutes after arriving

This is my third time at white sands,however, had to buy beach towel as the property does not offer this basic amenity. On previous visits, towel was included at no cost. Disappointed! Nonetheless, had a good time and felt safe.

Best food on the strip!

The service is excellent, beach is stunning and very chilled out. The hotel restaurant food is some of the best we’ve had on the island and very well priced. If you’re looking for a quiet secluded holiday this is a great one.

My car was not safe at this property. It was damaged after I left.

NO TV in rooms!!!!!! Only reservation with this property! I really liked it but will not book again due to not having a tv.

We plan to return to White Sands one day. An extremely well run hotel, quiet and clean room, incredible spot on the beach, friendly staff and an overall great vibe.

It was very easy to get around the island from the hotel. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear. The beach was clean and Negril is laidback.

Clean and comfortable boutique style hotel with beautiful gardens . Relaxing holiday vibe right on 7 mile beach. Many eating places within walking distance as well as supermarket. Staff very pleasant and accomodating. Highly recommend

The flight was so messed up we lost three days rite off the rip we were furious my wifes birthday was spent in an airport

Staff sucks

4 th year in a row ! Twice as solo female traveler. Peacefully and tranquil and family away from home each person who works at this property which don’t feel like staff rather then family members to guest gives it a home feeling rather then a resort feeling. Plus most paradise beaches and gardens.. Best restaurant on premise with friendly kind folks. You will visit and become long term guest for years to come ! I look forward to each person each year to see them ! And if one is missing they are missed one sweetest lady named Karen security made her way to visit me since she was assigned another resort ! Karen security guard at white sands most kind sweetest face and she was missed at white sands this year hope to see Karen back at white sands next year! Look for Indes restaurant chef Courtney And evening chef is amazing as well The ladies at restaurant Tara, Jennifer Sonia,Ariel,Kim bartenders Bubble and Ice you will love ! Life guards O’Brien and beach attendant Moses amazing ! Room attendant Ms Kerry will always leave your room so immaculate and leave your things so nicely placed back how you had them and smelling so fresh.Mr HENRY!!the glue that holds all of white sands together with the best vibes ever who always makes sure you if need anything and he will make it happen !! The office staff is always amazing Mr. Francis :) Jenique/Niedra/Michelle who always makes time to say hello and make sure all is well.. you will become a forever guest if you visit white sands.
