One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything was perfect size, super clean, botanical shampoo conditioner, and body gel. Service was impeccable, the sheets were super soft and great linens. Would stay here again.

Fantastic property if you upgrade to a king room the beds are absolutely huge! And great if your on a long trip as this was at the back end of my stay in Japan to travel to Disneyland. Nothing better after a long day getting back to that huge bed! And was helpful in any way possible

The Agora was very nice and quiet. It sat in a very convenient location in the Ginza neighborhood. The room was small but not too snug, the only issue I had was the view from the window faced directly at a concrete wall. Besides that, the hotel was immaculate, the staff were friendly, and the stay was beyond pleasant.

Nice hotel. Staff were decent and hotel room was very clean. Had sufficient amenities. There’s an outdoor lounge area on the 12th floor which was nice, though a bit cold during winter. Our room was right next to this outdoor area so it can be a little noisy in the evening. The hotel also serves free coffee / tea and bread at the lobby area every morning for hotel guests. I thought that was quite lovely. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Had a nice time around the Ginza area.
