ANA Crowne Plaza NARITA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

For one night near the airport it was great. Hotel needs a bit of upgrade but still was comfortable and friendly staff.

Our family of 5, including a toddler, stayed for 1 night before our flight home from Narita. Having the airport shuttle and on site Family Mart as well as restaurants was very helpful. The room was clean, although it could use a refurbishing. The beds were not bad, and we had a larger room with a decent of amount of space, which was great considering that's not commonplace in Tokyo.

Excellent service by staff- from greeting by concerige, housekeeping- clean room and attention to detail, front desk- check in & out ease and eficiencency, Fitness room attendant- keeping gym sanitized and organized, restaurant wait staff- freindly and mindful service, and shuttle driver- on time and service. Clean room and good value.

Hotel location was very convenient to airport and the shuttle bus. However I would except more as far as service since resteraunt after 11pm had only few options. The room also looked out dated technology, I stayed in other hotels in Japan for around the same price but they had way more amenities and updated rooms.

Overcharged for room - booked for two people and they added an additional single supplement of over $30 and tax of $52. So ended up costing about an extra $100 than was quoted when I booked the hotel.

Perfect but breakfast is close too early

Did you notice you can't specify smoking or non-smoking? That's not an oversight; any room could be either. It's up to fate whether or not there's been a smoker recently in your room. I didn't notice this when booking, and I can't stand smoking rooms. Luckily (?) I had a cold and couldn't really smell it, but my husband was bothered the whole time. I think a few guests ago it had been a smoker. You pay a high price for the convenience of an 'airport hotel' type stay. You will always be 20 minutes from anything, and the shuttles run more off schedule the later you get. It was very jarring after 1.5 weeks in Tokyo where every minute of delay gets reported. They've recently put very plush carpets in the hallways and rooms. This would seem like a good thing, but heavy suitcases sink into the carpet so it's difficult to roll them. Every buffet food item is a little off - too soft, too chewy, too cold, too bland. Restaurants and room service are overpriced for the convenience of not having to leave. Bathroom was showing the years - cracked tiles, weird dripping for 20 minutes after using the sink or flushing the toilet, that almond-ish stain on what was probably previously white surfaces. We were delayed checking in so the staff could do a "final clean check". I don't know what that was, since we found a used tobacco chew plug next to the bed. A comfy mattress and large room are the only nice parts I can think of. Get a Narita hotel and install Go app to taxi to your flight.

This was our 1st hotel when we arrived in Japan & our last before we left to home. Great stay

Located in a very quiet area.

We were flying out of Narita. This was a good hotel with shuttle to airport. I was happy to see a king-size bed at a reasonable price.

Safe, clean, very polite staff, easy to navigate and delicious food. Loved the shuttle bus.

Excellent facility quiet and very hygienic and wonderful room service. Convenient Timetabled to and fro transportation by a luxury coach!

The restaurants on the 17th floor were completely booked and there is nothing walkable to eat. Our bathroom smelled of urine, but they were able to come in and clean it. The transportation services were good, though.

The Japanese male staff at the checkin was terribly rude to yell at me by saying, "No refund" when I humorously mentioned on both sauna and 17th floor restaurant were all closed on both of my staying dates. He was not only extremely rude and stupid that ruined my supposedly good staying experience in my first time staying.

Really enjoyed my stay here, as a tourist I was having trouble booking flights and hotels to match and with this hotel had many options available and last minute too. Very friendly compared to the other hotels we stayed at and convenient store inside for food. Took care of our baggage while we were out and put it up in our rooms for us. Also provided transportation to Narita Airport so if you need somewhere to go after narita, check out this hotel.

The food is great

The room I stayed had a nice view of green forest and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and clean.
