It is located near Sapporo station. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the station. I highly recommend to include breakfast. They offer both Japanese and western dishes and are delicious. It’s a great way to start your day.

This is my best 2 nights stay in Sapporo, I got upgraded with higher levels and the room is clean and spacious (btw this hotel is the only one I noticed they have changed bed sheets and pillows cover for my 7 days family trip) and I was able to store my luggage 2 days before I checked in. Front desk is professional and friendly, btw I was able to do late check out cause wife wants to do some shopping thanks to IHG memberships.

This is a typical business hotel in Japan. But, the entire hotel is permeated by cigarette smoke. They should know that just because you put a "No smoking" sign on the door doesn't magically render the room clean. The entire place needs deep cleaning.
On the plus side, the staff were very accommodating. I think they know what their problem is. But the owners probably don't want to spend the money it would take to rehabilitate the hotel.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was centrally located in Sapporo for us to walk in all directions for the things we planned to see and do. The hotel had 6 restaurants. We only ate at the one on the same level as the check-in desk. The seafood ramen was fabulous!!

Overall, it was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping. The guest room is clean.
The only issue we had is the over crowded restaurant for breakfast. We could not have the breakfast at the preferred restaurant because of the waiting time was too long.
