The property was just a few minutes walk from Shibuya Scramble. Very convenient and a quiet area right before the "scramble." Access to a 7 eleven, family mart and other shops and restaurants. The restaurant at 2nd floor was good as well.

It started terribly. When we arrived @ 5pm - we were told the room was not ready. And we were told to "walk around and come back" and come back.
We arrived after 5pm
The hotel website indicated, that check in was @ 3pm - clients expect to be able to check in and have rooms ready at 3pm.
Check in process was very slow. It seems like they were not aware that they had a big booking that day. I was with a big group.
However, the staff was very apologetic and tried their best to work as fast as possible.
I would like to reiterate, if you advertise check in is at 3 pm - have your rooms ready @ 3pm. Don't tell your clients "walk around and come back."
When people travel, most of the time they are very exhausted, and to be told to "walk around and come back" 2 hours after designated check in time - is not going to be received pleasantly.

The bed was alright, though it would have been nice to have the option of two duvets instead of one, when traveling as a couple. The room felt a bit moist. The was a lot of dust in the “hard to reach” surfaces.

I like the proximity to Shibuya and major metro lines. I didn't like the smell in the washroom and the carpet seems dirty. I paid attention before and after cleaning schedule and the carpet seems not cleaned. There is also a stain on the carpet by the fridge.

Cute hotel near Shibuya crossing.
Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The only thing was, on our first day, there was a soiled diaper in the trash bin. I became paranoid that they didn’t clean the room. It was already late at night and was exhausted from our trip so i just let it be (wrapped the diaper inside the plastic bag). I reported the next day and we were offered another room. I decided not to switch since we had our stuff already out. Overall, my son and I had a great time. But my notion of Japan has changed, it’s not really super clean as I thought.
