Excellent location, met all my requirements. Beautiful walk areas, plentiful convenience stores and food choices. Both the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were helpful, polite, professional, non-intrusive. The hotel has basic washers and dryers however I found heavy duty coin options nearby. Thank you.

ess crowded and easier to get to the train than say Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc Statuin is a block down, along with planet of eating options, light shopping, konbinis and a Donki. Overall a great stay.

Amazing hotel to stay at.
It’s a few minutes away to Sunshine city mall and Ikebukuro. So you can enjoy a nice walk and enjoy the scenery.
Have stayed in this hotel 3 times and absolutely love it! Will always choose this one if I’m ever staying in Tokyo

APAs are always reliable, but this one was exceptional. Since it's a newer hotel, it's immaculately clean. It borders the Otsuka train station on the Yamanote line yet is quiet and is convenient with abundant shopping and dining options within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-for an APA or for anywhere else. It had so many choices and the friendliest staff. The hot springs baths here were also better than other APAs. It had one indoor bath and then two more baths outside-one medium size bath and a ceramic tub bath. This was a highly enjoyable stay, and we will stay here again when we need a hotel around the Tokyo area.
