Great location. Within 5 mins walk from Nippori Station, which is a stop for the airport express train to Narita. Food options everywhere, as well as some shopping. Hotel has a gym and laundry facilities. Our room was very nice with 270 deg view of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very responsive as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing as always. I was surprised however that decaf coffee was never available after the first day. Lots of options, so just surprised.

No soundproofing at all in the rooms, we could hear every sound from the hallway, even quiet footsteps and normal conversations. The woman on the front desk was quite rude and had a strange manner, no smiles or politeness. We arrived for breakfast at 9.10am and were told at 9.40am that the dining room was shut, though people were still eating all around. The male desk attendant was helpful and found a missing item for me. It is just a fairly soulless and average hotel.

Several people remembered me from prior visits and acknowledged me spontaneously though low key in the Japanese way. They included staff from front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. No better way to get things started. Art Hotel has it all: best prices, great location in an overlooked neighborhood, delicious food and, most importantly, people who understand genuine hospitality.

Convenient to transportation and had walkable dining options. Quieter location for Tokyo because a little farther out, yet on same rail line to all the big neighborhoods. BUT Was not in great condition. Noisy service elevator interrupted sleep repeatedly all night and air conditioning was inconsistent and unable to be controlled in individual rooms. Breakfast was worst we encountered in 2 weeks of travel across the country. Stale with limited options.

The hotel looks abit outdated but very clean. Location is good near station. Fabrics town is just walking distance. The room is spacious for twin bed where loading of luggages is at ease. Like to compliment the staff (forget to get his name) was friendly when we requested to change our room.

We needed a triple room and this hotel had good offerings. We did not realize we had booked a smoking room, which we did not want. Our floor smelled but the room was not too bad. They made efforts to deodorize and regretted that they could not move us due to being full. Spacious triple for Japan and decent breakfast

Very close to Nippori Station, just 5 minutes walk. Quiet environment, but easy to go to shopping areas via JR Yamanote Line. Check-on time is 2pm which is earlier than most of the other hotels, and very convenient to tourist. The staff at Front Office were very friendly and helpful.
