観光で利用しましたが万代シティ内で立地がよく、リーズナブルながら朝食はオムレツやフレンチトーストをその場で作ってくれるなど期待以上でした。設備は古いですが、不便さはなくむしろ味があっていいと思いました。

Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms are renovated. If you get one of the newer rooms you will have a good experience.

10人以上の学生2組ほどと、朝食の時間帯が被ってしまい、正直時間をずらして取りたかったです。事前にこの時間帯は込みます。とかのお知らせがあっても良かったのにな！と思いました。 各階に自販機があるのですが、自分の部屋の階の自販機の品物か半分以上売り切れだったので、そんな所にも気を配って欲しいです。

8階の部屋だったが、窓からバスセンター2階の広場が一望できて感動した。 まだ子供の頃、広場のレインボータワーが好きでよく乗せてもらった記憶が蘇った。 施設は古いがきちんと清掃されており、従業員も皆きちんとしていた。また使いたい。
