The location was great! Right in front of the station! The staff was very nice! The amenities are OK for such a hotel. The rooms were huge! We can store our luggage freely inside. The room was also clean. It was a nice hotel to stay.

The hotel is in the good location, only a minute from Beppu station which has Family mart in tuere and lawson at the other end. Famous tempura restaurant is not far from the hotel and the staffs have a great service minded.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Beppu and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

The breakfast was simple and nice. It was a good way to kick start our morning. My girl totally enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. We love the laundry room at level 2. Life saving. Staff were nice and helpful too.

Its a great place to stay, nothing fancy, has everything you need. I was here for 4 nights and it was perfect. If I could stay longer then I would go on some day trips to Oita and visit other famous shrines along the coast. Would stay again. Breakfast is very Japanese, small but healthy. There are plenty of options nearby, especially around Beppu Station which is 2min walk away or walk for another 10min for more choices.
