シングルのベッドルームに宿泊しました。ビジネスホテルとしては概ね良好です。ベッドサイドに電源がなかったり、USBポート等がないので必要に応じて持参が必要です。車で来た場合、チェックイン前にホテルの敷地外に車を駐める必要があります。私は敷地横の有料駐車場(3台駐車できる)に100円(30分以内)で駐車し、チェックイン後に案内された郵便局横の月極駐車場へ移動させました。この手間を省きたい方はホテルへ直接電話し、あらかじめ駐車場を利用したい旨を伝えたら良いのかもしれません。このホテルならではの良い点は朝食。2種から選べる郷土料理が評判どおり美味しかったです。ただし、2種ともやや塩分多めのメニューなので塩分を控えてる方にはお勧めしません。

場所は駅近で便利です。アメニティがリンスinシャンプーなのが唯一残念。こだわる方は持参したほうが良いです。スリッパは使い捨てもあります。その他、古いけど清掃はちゃんとされていました。

素泊まりなので色々なサービスはありませんでしたが、困りごともなく普通に過ごせました。国鉄松山駅の雰囲気を残した駅前で、この宿も同じ時代からあるのだろうと思うとタイムスリップしたようでした。

すんません。
接待で飲酒後にチェックインして
目覚めて入浴して直ぐにチェックアウトしたので
思い出がありません。
ホテルスタッフさんにもお会いしていません😅
ですが、超駅近でお値段も安いし
改装もされているので
清潔感もありました。
次回も泊まるとおもいます。

1月の松山はJR松山駅近くに泊まる必要があるのでほぼ選択肢はないのですが、その中であかやねさんは満足できるホテルだと思います。リンスとシャンプーを分けて欲しいとかカミソリいらないからヘアブラシを欲しいとか要望はありますが。

トイレの水道水はなぜか白く、1階にウォーターサーバーがありましたが、お湯は出ず、ボトルで水を飲むこともできませんでした。紙コップしか用意されておらず、部屋にケトルがありません。

ホテルとしては清潔ですが、事前の口コミで騒音の問題が指摘されていたこともあり覚悟はしていました。ただし、騒音は夜10時以降から早朝の間は全くといっていいほど問題は感じませんでした。窓が2重になっており、騒音対策も十分されていると思います。
ただ、JR松山駅とその周辺は店も少なくて、県庁所在地の中心となるJR駅とは思えない印象でした。現在、再開発が行われているようですが、2024年秋に一部オープンした新施設なども、まだまだの状態です。どうしても同じ四国のJR高松駅周辺と比べてしまいます。
