建物・設備は古いですが機能は十分です、価格を考えれば満足ですね。駿府公園や静鉄駅が至近で車なしでの移動に便利です。飲みに出るのは500ｍくらい歩く必要があります。

週末に1人で宿泊しました。
総じてタイトル通りの印象です。
フロントの方の対応は、チェックイン時、チェックアウト時、チェックアウト後の荷物預けおよび受取、滞在中の外出時と、常に素晴らしいものでした。
アクセスについては、新静岡駅から徒歩2分ほど（実感値）、静岡駅からでも10分弱という感じで便利です。駿府城公園にも近いです。
ただし、建物・設備は全般的に年季の入った感じですので、そのあたりに抵抗のある方にはお勧めできないかもしれません。
個人的には、また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

小学校高学年の子供を含む家族3人でトリプルベッドルーム（シングルベッドｘ３）を1泊利用しました。
ベッド広さは十分あり、ＦｒｅｅＷｉ－Ｆｉも利用できました｡
バスルームの設備には時代を感じます。

お正月の滞在だったため、自販機のつり銭切れで欲しいものが買えなかった。
でも、近くにコンビニがあったので事なきを得ました。
ベッドの硬さが硬めでとても良く、寝心地が良かった。

ビジネスホテルとしては、ベットも広く快適です。
WiFi環境が「自由に使える環境」ではなさそうです（タブレット端末を持参していたが、LANケーブルを接続できない端末なので結局使用せず。ホテルのWiFiルーターのセキュリティコードを教えてもらうと接続できたかもしれないが、面倒くさいのでやめました）

静岡に行った時に利用しましたが駅からも近いしスタッフの対応や設備も良かったです。
それから何よりも値段は魅力的ですね。

快適性は今までもホテルのワースト3に入ります。
エアコンの調整は出来ない。アメニティーは少ない。ウオシュレットは無い。
ベッドは広かったですね。ただ、価格は5000円程度と格安です。

夫婦と子供２名で滞在。３ベッドで予約したが、チェックイン時にツインベッドになっている事が判明。ホテルだけの責任ではなく、本サイトとの連携にも問題があると思うが最初は「予約がツインになっている」との返答で、サイトの予約内容を見せてやっと対応してくれたがベッドが３つ入る部屋が無いとの事でやむなく、ツイン一部屋とダブル一部屋で滞在。小さい子供がいるので２つの部屋を行ったりきたりするのが面倒だった。

静岡駅前から徒歩１０分程度なのですが北街道より一本裏手にあり解りずらいところなので、タクシーを使いました。もちろんワンメーターで辿り着きました。駿府城公園が近くで、用事のあった文化会館までも徒歩５分でありがたかったです。歓楽街の紺屋町や両替町にも徒歩１０分以内で近かったのですが、ホテルのある鷹匠商店街の居酒屋も落ち着いていて楽しめました。
