I had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, with another train station right across the street for easy access to Osaka. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kobe or planning day trips to nearby cities!

This was a great centralized location for our trip to Kobe. Easy to find and walkable from all directions. The hotel itself had many options including public onsen, laundry, and breakfast which was nice. Staff was helpful in storing our luggage on the last day which allowed us to explore more. The room itself was small, and the bathrooms felt like we were on a cruise. Small and cramped, but had what you needed. We didn’t stay very long in our rooms due to the size but it was manageable for the two days we were there. Overall nice experience

This hotel is handy for chinatown and is walking distance to the harbour area and sannomiya station. Motomachi station is about a 3 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes and the bed was comfortable. Even for a Japanese hotel, the room was very cramped for 2 people travelling with carry-on sized suitcases. As for the onsen - if you have tattoos you can only bathe between 11pm and 3am, which I honestly found quite insulting.

Fantastique hotel. very convenient to get to the subways and lots of eateries and shopping within walking distance.

2nd time to stay here. Excellent location and room / view was amazing (mountain side - 11th floor).

Staff are nice and polite. The location is convenient. However, there is moldy smell in the room. Other than that, everything is good.

My second time at the hotel in the past year. Nice public bath on the top floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Chinatown is a ten minute walk away. Airport bus at sannomiya station, also a ten minute walk.

I love a big bath.

The room smelled of mildew and the bathroom had this same smell. It made the showering experience unbearable at times. Staff aren’t super friendly compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Excellent experience The only minor negative thing was The hotel put a time limit and reservations for breakfast but they were very flexible when I changed the time .

Front desk folks professional and are knowledgeable to customer needs. So nice I stayed a second night. Lots of shopping and food close by. Got lost finding the hotel, took JR and got off at Kobe station. You need to get off at Motomachi or Sannomiya station.

The location is good, and the room is big in Japanese standard. There were a sofa like futon in our room which we could actually sit on. However I have to say that the public bath seems to have a lot of chlorine in it. It is best to rinse off thoroughly after using it; otherwise your skin may get irritated just like mine. The pajama they provided are made of a lot of polyesters. It was not as comfortable as pajama provided by other hotels. Moreover, each guest were given a time slot to eat breakfast. I think it is 45 min each slot(?) Not that there is a lot of food for us to eat which took up the entire 45 min, but it was a feeling of time limit that made us cannot relax. Breakfast food was just ok. One last thing I need to mention is that the hotel's shampoo/conditioner/soap smells like either peppermint or rosemary which I am not a big fan of. For those who does not like those smell, it is best to bring your own soap and shampoo.
