The staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent — everything was within walking distance and the parking garage was nearby. The bath was clean, fully equipped with amenities, and we really enjoyed it.

Very new hotel with modern facilities and a good breakfast (if you’re going to have breakfast add it to your room in advance or at check in for a better rate). Just on the edge of a major nightlife and shopping area with many restaurants and bars.

대욕장이 함께 있고 룸 크기가 매우 넓어서 가족 단위로 여행하기 편리했습니다. 숙소 위치도 매우 좋은곳에 위치해 사쿠라마치 위주로 구마모토 여행하기 좋았습니다.

킹룸에서 3박 숙박하였습니다. 일본내 다른호텔보다 넓은편이며 체크인은 12층에서 하고 체크아웃은 1층에 키반납함이 있어 그곳에 넣으면 됩니다. 식사는 12층에서 먹습니다. 음식의 종류가 많이 있는 건 아니지만 밥과 빵, 과일 등이 있어 여러가지를 맛볼수 있습니다. 주차는 12시간 최대 1200엔으로 주변에 많이 있는데 저희는 그냥 호텔에서 1300엔에 주차하였습니다. 장점은 호텔은 오후4시에 주차하고 다음날 9시에 차를 돌려 받아도 1300엔으로 동일합니다. 다른 일반 주차장은 최대 12시간으로 초과되는 것은 주차비를 추가로 납부해야 합니다. 주변에 먹거리가 많아 걸어다니면서 좋은 곳을 찾아 먹으면 되기 때문에 차는 필요없습니다.

Having onsite self service laundry and an onsen are pluses!

stayed here for 2 nights. excellent location in Kumamoto Shinshigai in the center of the nightlife area with lots of good restaurants and stores in close proximity. Slightly dated hotel. A walking distance from Kumamoto Castle and Josaien. The hotel amenities and breakfast is ok. They do have vending machines, coin laundry, ice dispenser and a microwave on certain floors. They also have an large public indoor and outdoor bath space and sauna for both men and women on the top floor. They have an automated car parking tower next to the hotel with staff assistance; there is a size limit for the car so you may want to check the sizes in advance. There are many coin car parking spaces nearby but will be full during weekend nights with many locals coming to this area for dinner.

Clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent. Tattooed customers can use the onsen between 24:00 and 02:00 which was great. Room was ok, but paying for a corner room for a view and bring surrounded by buildings in close proximity made having windows pointless. Breakfast area too small and crowded.

We enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Kumamoto very much. The onsen was amazing. The temperature of the water and the sauna were great. I loved the cold plunge. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially. We slept in the triple and the beds were maybe just a little soft. Size of the room really great for families

Beautiful modern interior design and view from the sky spa. Breakfast was good.

Can go shopping, dining very easily as just a street ahead. But do not have enough parking area that we need to find other parking.

We had the corner room. It was bright, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food and the Sky Spa was nice. But I would only give it 7/10 for cleanliness

The Cost Performance value is excellent. especially the breakfast is full of variety.

Nice stay. It had all the basic needs although no coffee. It was conveniently located highly recommended. Note the near by car parks are calculated every 12 hrs, when we parked it was 2400 yen each day.

新市街から近くて良いロケーションですね。部屋も清潔で露天風呂もあり最高でした。値段も安くてお値打ちだと、珍しく嫁さんが褒めていましたのでまたよろしくお願いします。ただ立体駐車場の幅が183㎝までで、私の車は入りませんでした。 気さくな駐車場係のおじさんが近隣の安い駐車場を教えてくれたのが良かったです笑

Room was spacious and comfortable but cleanliness is spotty. Found a strand of pubic hair in the shower and a dried up contact lens in the room. Mildew on shower curtain and mold on edge of bathtub. Extra bath towels will not be delivered to your room, you need to collect them from reception. Room slippers are not disposable, so are they clean? Near to main shopping street and has a spa.
