Room is spacious, bathroom has a big bathtub, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended to stay 🙂. Note that the front desk is on the 13th floor, so it might be hard to find.

We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor.

This is a Japanese business hotel, made for 1 or 2 people for 1 or 2 nights. We stayed with 3 people for 4 nights. The rooms have no shelves or closets. Only hangers on a bar against the wall. There is no safe for valuables. And only a 3 foot wide walking area at the foot of the bed to the door.

I recently spent four nights in a spacious, three-bed corner unit that proved incredibly affordable. The highlight was the sky spa on the top floor—so relaxing that I found myself soaking in it twice a day. Just steps from the hotel you’ll find both 7-Eleven and Lawson, plus a lively shopping district, endless dining options, and the local train station. Although it sits away from the busiest tourist spots, it still offers everything I wanted—at prices for food and shopping that beat central Tokyo—and a swift 30-minute train ride lands you at Tokyo Station. It’s a bit further from the airport, but for value, convenience, and a comfortable base to start your trip, this hotel can’t be beaten.

We traveled there with our young kids from Canada, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone was. The entire place was absolutely spotless — you could tell they take a lot of pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was incredible and truly worth every penny — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. And the spa… it was out of this world! So peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations — from the atmosphere to the service to the small thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s rare to find a place that feels so special, but this one really does. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Omiya station. The corner room we booked was perfect for 3 people. Breakfast was regular. The organization with the breakfast was chaotic, lots of people all the time so you have to sign on a list and wait until there is space available (even on Sundays when they give you 3 options: 6:30-7:30-8:30).

The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff were excellent. I want to thank the staff for helping me find my lost luggage. While I was checking out, a tour group accidentally took my luggage. The hotel staff tracked it down and had it shipped to my next hotel. I had my luggage back in my hands a few hours after losing it.
