Nice hotel at a fair price. Bus and street car access was very convenient and the max cost to travel around Morioka using Bus or street car is only 230 JPY (around $2.00). The hotel is very clean, the service is great and all your bath needs are provided free of charge.

清潔で部屋も広く、目的地に近く、通りに面していてコンビニも近いしチェックアウトも遅いプランだったことなど条件に合っていて快適でした

禁煙のお部屋が空いてなく、消臭はして頂けると言うことで仕方なく喫煙ルームに予約しましたが、消臭効果が、全く無く、匂いが部屋中残っていました。
差額を払いツインルームに移動はできたものの、予約の時に喫煙ルームだと伝えてあるので匂いは仕方ないと言われ、一部屋キャンセルしてもらえませんでした。最初の予約の時に匂いがかなり残ると伝えて欲しかったです。
今どき煙草が吸えるホテルと言うのもナンセンスだと思います。
