Another review. Have stayed here several times with family. Because I really love this hotel. The price per night is not too expensive, the facilities are great, the location is very strategic, the receptionist is super duper friendly. Best hotel!

Every time I go to Osaka, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Namba area. Food, shopping, trains. All are very close, only about 5 minutes by foot. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in everything. Hot water, cola drinks, ice cubes, instant noodles, coffee can all be obtained for free in the hotel lobby. Best!

Overall a comfortable stay in an excellent location with easy access to Osaka’s core shopping districts. The room was small—reasonable by Japanese standards—but might feel tight for larger guests (e.g., someone around 6’2”). The combined toilet and bathroom could develop an odor by the third night. On the plus side, the unlimited supply of amenities and drinks was truly unbeatable.

I booked a twin room for a 3 people family with 2 adult and 1 kid. The description said this twin room can sleep 4 people, but in actual it has two single bed for maximum of two people only. The room is very small. Toilet has a bit leakage and a bad smell outside the toilet. I finally upgraded a triple room.
The hotel has a common area with free drinks and cup noodle. We can only eat in the launch since the room is very small.

The room was smaller than I expected and we had to manage our luggages and stuff for the room to be more comfy for our family. Other than that, everything else was good.
There was free flowing coffee and tea in the lobby.
There was free ice cream, alcoholic drinks and soda every day.
There were free cup noodles every night at 830PM.
The buffet breakfast is also good.
Location is perfect if you will frequent Dotonbori during your stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our HM and could not be happier. The extra amenities were top notch. Free drinks, beer, shochu, instant noodles, and ice cream in the lobby! The location could not be better being in the heart of Dotombori and close to the station. Glico man was only a few blocks away! 11/10 would recommend.

Very reasonable rates and very good value. The rooms were good size with many amenities: Happy hour for adults and kids in the huge comfy lobby with ice cream, ramen, teas, coffe and even plum wine. In the lobby is scale to weigh luggage before airport is super helpful. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Very close to some attractions. The statues out front are distinctive and quite humorous. Don’t miss this experience!!! Fun for adults and families. We will go again and sent friends.

Loved our stay at the Dotonbori Hotel! Staff was very kind, so much so that they left us a small, lovely gift for our honeymoon (some snacks and a nice letter!). The rooms were clean, and regular-sized to what you can find in Japan. The unlimited ice cream/alcohol/drink bar at the lobby, and the massage chairs were great! Thank you so much for everything! We had an amazing stay!
