This is an amazing hotel with very kind and helpful staff. If you want to experience a true Japanese style room and hot spa, with great breakfast, then you must stay here.

I and my wife had one night stay here. The staff were very nice and we had a warm welcome. This is a truly Japanese hotel and everything is kept in order. I had spent the night at the reading corner because it was quiet and comfortable to read some of the collections on Japanese history, temples and travel magazines. The hot spring was excellent. The breakfast, which we had in a private room, was excellent too. Many thanks to the lady staff who served us closely because she could speak a little English and she had made a huge effort to try her best to make us understand everything. Definitely this hotel would be my first choice when I visit the Kaga onsen area again.

If you want to experience a real Japanese Ryokan/Onsen then this is a good option. Though be aware it will have limitations such as the free wifi only works in the foyer. There are three Onsen options available to the general rooms which alternate between men & women during the day, yukata's are provided upon check in. The rooms are classic Japanese in style with tatami mats, sliding screens and futons. When booking go for the kaiseki meal option for a great dinner/breakfast. The staff are very friendly though they speak no English, so an understanding of Japanese would greatly enhance your stay.

担当していただいた仲居さんがちょっと抜けていた点と露天風呂が貸し風呂しかないところ。また部屋の館内案内が汚れていた点をのぞけばとても良い旅館だと思う。
ロビーも館内も趣きがあり、仲居さんも適度にほっといてくれるので、のんびり過ごせた。懐石の食事も美味しかったです。

9月の連休に宿泊。家族5名。
普段は旅館を利用することは少ないですが、久しぶりに宿泊しました。
【部屋】
最上階の特別室でしょうか、とても広く10名でも泊まれるような場所に家族5名と贅沢に使わせてもらいました。
フロアに4部屋しかなく、ほかのお客さんも静かに過ごされていたようで、趣のある中で穏やかな時間を感じることができました。
【食事】
宿泊料金もリーズナブルで、豪華な夕食と朝食付きのプラン。夕食は海鮮とすき焼きで満腹。朝食はご飯、味噌汁、魚、山菜と和の朝食としてはすべて揃った完璧な献立。
洋食に偏りがちな子供も大変気に入っていました。
【温泉】
大浴場は最初は熱く感じましたが、入浴しているとすぐに慣れます。体の芯から温かくなり、硫酸塩泉だからでしょうか肌がしっとりする感じです。冬場ならもっと良さを感じられるでしょう。
朝食前に貸切の露天風呂（料金込み・通常は有料っぽい）も利用させてもらい家族全員大満足です。泉質は同じでしょうが、露天で鳥のさえずりを聞きながら入る朝風呂は最高です。
【接客】
スタッフさんはみなさん気が利いていて、どんなに忙しくとも笑顔を絶やさないところが好感を持てました。
女将さんでしょうか？チェックインの際は穏やかに対応していただき、チェックアウト後は車が去っていくまでお辞儀をされていました。こういったさりげない接客も旅館ならでは。見ているだけで癒されます。
【総括】
山代温泉の少し外れに位置する旅館ですが、温泉街へも徒歩圏内でとても静かに過ごせます。今回は自家用車で行きましたが、バスも多いようなのでアクセスに困ることはないでしょう。総湯の側では足湯もできますし、山代温泉に行くならぜひ一度利用してみてください。
今回の宿泊で私はファンになりました。
スタッフの皆さん、いい時間を過ごさせていただきました。石川県のいい思い出になりました。

很好的體驗，服務十分到位!
車站接送:本來只提供至下午六時，但在溝通後仍願意等到六時十分在車站送我們到酒店，讚!
房間: 空間頗大，可以住上多人。設備亦齊備，褟褟米十分舒適。
用餐: 早晚兩餐也安排在房內享用，食品質量很滿意，提供足夠的米飯! 讚!
浴池: 分時段供男女使用不同的浸浴。。。反正都是一樣的泉水，即使有特色風呂但也不算十分特別。不過不失。
最令人滿意是服務態度: 雖然只會日語，但仍熱切地嘗試用有限的英語來溝通。離開時更在零度的氣溫，歡送我們乘坐旅館的專車離開。感覺親切一流!
