Furano Hops Hotel

The property had appeared a bit deteriorated. But other than that, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and tranquil area and was close to tourist spots. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

This hotel needs a renovation because it is showing wear. It is also vastly overpriced for being about a two star hotel.

Malheureusement, malgré des chambres dites non fumeur, le fumoir de l’étage dégage une odeur dans toutes les chambres. Le tapis est tellement usé qu’il est troué dans les chambres et le corridor. Ces deux aspects donnent un aspect repoussant à tout l’hôtel. Toutefois, la salle de bain est grande et propre et les lits aussi. Le personnel est courtois.

The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay. I slept well, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you’re renting a car, I highly recommend this place! High season with a affordable price as well

Slightly further out from furano region, but hotel has parking facilities and room is nice and cozy. May need to drive 15-20km to reach furano city centre

Hotel in a quiet location. It's near Farm Tomita (15 mins drive). Rooms are big and the staff are very friendly.

The type that we book from hotel.com was "Other". We thought it was a Japanese style room. For us, as long as it is a room, we are ok with that since we will get there late and will leave early in the morning. However, they offer us a tent outside of the hotel. The manager told us it was the mistake from hotel.com. So we had to book another hotel to stay in that late night. The manager told us that he would cancel our reservation and refund us. However, 2 weeks after our trip, we still don't get any refund. So we are not satisfy with the followup service from the hotel and very disappointed with hotel.com. They didn't help us to find another hotel with a room that night and kept us on hold for about an hour. And now, they don't even offer to refund us. This is the most disappointed hotel experience.

Worst hotel I ever stay in Japan, everything are old and dirty, dust everywhere, staff unfriendly and Rigid rule. Really spoil my stay in Furano.

Original room offered had clogged sink and old furniture. Insisted and received a better room rather than fixing sink. No eating or services within walking distance. Desk and dining staff friendly.

in winter just a stop place for rest.

The staff were very helpful. Very good bathroom and room was a good size. Japanese style breakfast was nice and shuttle to ski field was handy. Restaurant food however was of poor quality and limited. The hotel is well maintained but a little bit worn.

Very friendly and professional staff that goes out of their way to help you. Ski storage room on ground floor. FYI : if you get a room with breakfast included, it is Japanese style breakfast.

Spacious room with enough facilities for short stays. Decorations and beddings are not brand new but clean. Breakfast and dinners are ok. Easy check in and check out. Staff has great service mind.

The hotel has a very big area. No other place established very close to and very dark at night. Room is comfortable. Old fashioned furnished, but still comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend.

The furniture in the room is a bit old but clean. Stayed for 2 nights. Room is huge which is nice. Free parking. Had a meal at the restaurant and it was decent.

Near to attraction area but you need a car to travel.
