This was a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful view. Easy 5 min walk to the train station made exploring the area so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan. Rooms are karge and well appointed. Location is close to the Trade Center and convention site. Also to Expo 2025. Easliy accessible by 200m walk from Nakafuto station. Breakfast buffet was good, although there can be a wait to get in at busy times. Our room included access to the Club Lounge, which was very pleasant, with a good selection of drinks and snacks.

Very expensive and not worth it.
The hotel is a large business hotel. We booked thinking we would make use of the pool. There is a charge of 3,000-4,000 yen per person to use the pool in the morning and same for the afternoon afternoon session so if you want to use it all day you have to pay 6000 - 7,000 per person and you are restricted as to when you can use the pool as there is morning session and a separate afternoon session. This really needs to be highlighted before you book as we really wouldnt have bothered.
We also booked the buffet meal in the evening as there were not really any other options other than an Italian to be told if we wanted to order a beer or soft drink we had to pay a minimum charge as it was a set menu for drinks rather than being able to order just one or two.
The location is also not great - if I had known about the pool charges/timings we would not have bothered staying there and stayed in a hotel closer for sight seeing as this hotel is quite far out from everything worth seeing.
Very underwhelmed with this hotel.
Would not recommend unless you are on business at the Expo.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend for Tourists
Our stay at this hotel didn’t meet expectations. While the room itself was spacious and the Club Lounge offered a pleasant experience, several aspects left us genuinely disappointed:
• Service felt very average overall.
• Unexpected charges: Guests are required to pay to access the swimming pool and even for drinking water — a first in our travel experience.
• In-room dining service was frustrating, with staff struggling to understand basic English, which made placing orders difficult.
• Location is far from the city center, making it inconvenient for tourists wanting to explore the sights.
This hotel may suit certain travelers, but we’d rate it a solid 3 stars. If you’re visiting as a tourist, we strongly recommend choosing accommodation closer to downtown.

Our suite room doesn’t have sea view as the picture shows. We stayed for 3 nights so very disappointed. Make sure you request to have high floor and sea view. Breakfast is good but not to a 5 star level. Staffs are very friendly though.

We were there for the day to visit the Expo. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to the Expo had very limited hours, so we had to take a taxi. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the subway, but it didn’t start running until 11:00 am. Since our flight was also at 11, we again had to rely on a taxi. Overall, we were disappointed, and the customer service was not helpful in addressing our concerns.

Beautiful view of Osaka Bay. The ATC area is a nice place to walk in the morning. Property is near the Chuo line with shuttle bus to Cosmosquare if you don’t feel like taking the tram there. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food satisfies Japanese, Chinese, and western tastes.
