All of the staff members were sincerely courteous and helpful. I made a mistake in reserving a smoking room by but luckily they were able to find a nonsmoking room. Many thanks to the Green Rich Hotel!

初めて泊まった時には最寄り駅から遠いかな？と思いましたが、何回か泊まって土地鑑がつくと、それほど遠く思わなくなりました。駅の近くに夜の１１時まで営業しているイオンがあり、またホテルの近くにコンビニが一通りあるので便利です。
優秀な清掃スタッフを抱えているのか、ホテル内の清潔さは特筆モノで、快適に過ごせます。また利用したいと思います。

三ノ宮駅から割と近めで、立地には大変満足しました。近くに飲み屋が必要な方には、ちょっと不便に感じるかもしれませんが、私達は部屋でちょい飲みだったので、全然良かったです。
しかもホテルに隣接してコンビニ(ローソン)があるので便利です。1Fには大浴場もあり、ゆっくり湯槽につかれるのも良かったです。
またアメニティや、浴衣、低反発枕、もお好みで貸出提供してくれているので、とても良かったです。
部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすく、とても良かったです。

Takes 15-20 min to walk to Sannomiya station and busy area. Dark and very quiet when walk back to hotel at night.

新しく清潔でコスパに優れます。駅からは距離がありますが、並のビジネスホテルよりも部屋が広めです。ビジネスエリアにありますが、周辺にはちらほら中華系やインド・ネパール系のレストランがあります。宿泊客が多い時には大浴場が混んでて利用出来ず、部屋に戻って出直す事もあります。レストランは朝食のみの営業で、以前は質実剛健なビュッフェスタイルだったので利用してましたが、年明けに利用した時には料金変わらず質素なビュッフェに変わっていたため、それ以来素泊まりでの利用に徹してます。近隣にコンビニが一通りありますので、朝食はそちらを利用した方が良いと思います。

駅徒歩７〜８分なので、立地面では決して好立地とは言えませんが近隣にコンビニが豊富にあり、また施設は清潔綺麗で、大浴場もあるのでホテル内では快適です。レストランは朝のみの営業で、周囲の環境を考えると昼夜は利用者がいないのでしょう。トータルではコスパは良いと思います。

売りの大浴場出入り口が全員が出入りする一階エレベーターホールの目の前にある設計が理解出来ません。それ以外は快適なホテルだったので、難しいとは思いますが、改善を勧めます。

三宮駅から陸橋渡って少し歩きますね。
この猛暑では、この距離でも非常に疲れます。大浴場があったので選びましたが、1階にあり、エレベーターを降りるとロビーになり、そこからカ―ドをかざして大浴場の方に行きます。大浴場は、まぁ普通ですが、とにかく明るい。白色灯のせいかも知れませんが、なんか落ち着かないので、すぐに上がりました。お部屋は、静かでゆっくり休めました。

大人家族3人予約でツインベッドはなんかおかしい料金設定のような。宿泊料金の割に朝食サービスがなく残念。三ノ宮駅近くでとても良かったけど、周辺飲食店も２２時閉店多くこれも残念。
