I booked this hotel after a storm resulted in trains being canceled. Booking was easy and extremely affordable but they only offered early check-in for an exorbitant fee and refused to take all three of our bags saying the limit was two. We ended up staying only an hour because we were able to find a local train to get out before storms got worse.

喫煙OKのお部屋に泊まりましたが、入ってすぐに床が髪の毛が沢山落ちてて即萎えました。全部不潔に感じてしまい気分悪かったです。お風呂場に置いてあるシャンプーボトルも汚かったし、部屋にある空気清浄機も水を入れる入れ物がめちゃくちゃ汚くてつかうのやめました。歯磨き用のコップも汚くつかえませんでした。唯一部屋の雰囲気だけは良かったです。が、喫煙の部屋だから汚いのか、グリーンリッチホテルはこういうものなのかわからないですが。。。旅行として来ていたのでショックでした。

非喫煙者ですが「喫煙可」の部屋しか空いてなかったため仕方なく予約しました。 これまでも何度か「喫煙可」の部屋に宿泊しましたが大きな支障を感じたことが無かったので大丈夫だと思っていました。 ただ、このホテルの「喫煙可」は、とても宿泊できる状態ではありませんでした。 いくらなんでも酷すぎます。 ひと昔前のパチンコ屋さんの店内のようです。 3泊で予約しましたが、1泊目は禁煙ツインに変更（差額支払い）、2泊目以降は変更ができなかったのでキャンセルしてほかのホテルを取り直しました。 対応も形式的で冷たさを感じました。 もう利用しません。
