Great staff service. Probably the best part of the hotel! English friendly too. I could only select a smoking room, unfortunately. Clean and simple, although it was very obvious that it was a smoking room. For a central spot, close to all the shopping and tourist attractions in Nagoya, this is a good place to stay.

Virtually zero natural light in the room made me feel I was staying in a cupboard. Generally shabby (eg. veneer chipping off the chipboard furniture, stains on the worn carpet) and only one small (3 person, if they get along) elevator for 9 floors. Staff were good-natured and willing but had limited English. One reminded me it is a business hotel. Maybe booking sites could be explicit about what that means. Location was good - walking distance to station, museums and subway. Happy hour was popular!

Nice amenities. great breakfast. they served free flow drinks which is great. wished i stayed longer.

I booked a smoking room, however it was quite dirty, with stains on the curtains and lamp from both wear and tear and smoke. Breakfast was good, nothing special but a nice inclusion that added value to the booking. I felt uncomfortable at one point, as it felt like a staff member was staring at me whilst I ate breakfast. Staff weren't particularly welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay last year, hence did not hesitate to book here again. Staff at Reception are friendly and efficient. Room/washroom is really small, would only recommend to tourists who will hardly stay in the room, and who are aware of Japanese standard size room. Area around is not as lively as Sakae, which is a pretty long walk, or 1 station away. Free breakfast and happy hour is a plus if you have time for it. Perhaps best for business travelers who do not plan to go around much.

Easy check-in. Clean room in first impression. Staff is helpful.

Happy hour, free drinks for 2 hours was very impressive. But breakfast was very limited and repetitive. Carpets in the veranda and rooms need better cleaning, I could sniff the dust

Nice location close to Science Museum, Oasis21, Fine arts gallery, subway, Nagoya tower and not very far from the Nagoya castle.

Hotel itself is ok. Dated furniture but not too bad. They can do a better job to clean the rooms and the hotel staffs are not able to speak English (not even simple once like smoking or non-smoking room), this needs to be improved. The Happy Hour idea is great. You can relax and have a drink before going for dinner. If you are just stay for a day or two, it will be okay but I won't suggest to stay for a long time.

Hotel provide free drink during happy hour (1 glass) Room is clean and full to amenities, not so big but enough for us. Breakfast provided which is a place. Location is only few minutes walk from Subway station. Able to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out.

Staffs were nice, but room was not as expected. And we found out no parking was available .

staff are great with free light breakfast. quite near to the station too, just get us 5 mins to find the wah to the hotel from the station. though the rooms are a bit small, there is space to open two medium size luggage and no space to walk.

Love the happy hours for drinks and the simple breakfast :) had a pleasant stay :)

Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was small but we knew this from thier description when booking. Room was clean and well kept. Very little road noise. Breakfast was good. Happy hour was great. Close to the subway station. Would happily stay again.

Location was perfect, conceirge staff was knowledgeable and very helpful/on hand to provide assistance when required. Rooms had all the facilities required, neat and tidy, water pressure in shower was very strong! Much needed after a long days walk around the beautiful city.

Good location, about 15-20 minute walk to the Nagoya Station. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were a little small, so wouldn't recommend for long stays. Great value anyhow.

It's too warm inside room, I have to open window for ventilation. Overall satisfied.
