The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to Osaka/Umeda Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy transport links. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything you’d need for a short stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located, and reliable place to stay in Osaka, this hotel is a great choice. Would happily stay again on my next trip!

Room was cleaned daily which was very nice to see. Air condition was set to a very nice temperature and in addition there was an air purifier to control dust and odors. Room was slightly larger than most we stayed at. Overall a great place to stay.

Hotel was neat and tidy with everything very clean, we were able to use the washing machines and dryer without any problems as well. Having a vending machine at every floor was a plus because it gave us a nice refreshing drink after a long day of travel each time!
