This hotel is well located making visiting the city a breeze! (You can pretty much walk anywhere) It was clean and offered comfortable beds. The mini fridge was great to keep milk for coffee. Get yourself some of the coffee bags with the built-in drip pouches and your set as there is an electric kettle.
The lobby has extra convenience items you can pickup (bathrobe, wash cloths, etc) and a microwave so you can warm up food from the Lawson across the street.
The check in is done by the velociraptors robots which is pretty neat but they have phones to call staff for help if needed. They have a large storage area if you want to leave your luggage there before checking in or after checking out.

Good location for visitors to Kanazawa as easily walkable to many sights and a bus ride away from main station. Good size room too compared to other hotels we used in Japan. Check in with the dinosaurs was straightforward. Breakfast was very basic and noisy with sounds from the reception area.

This was easily one of my favorite properties during my visit to Japan. I originally booked it because "robot dinosaurs" and awesome. The facility itself was great though. They had bike rentals on site which made Kanazawa fantastic as almost everything is an easy ride away. It was just up the block from a ton of great dining options. And literally across the street was Kanazawa castle which I didn't really expect. The room was very nice. The staff were very helpful despite there also being robots. There were a couple of people there who were quite fluent in English as well. Really a great stay and I would stay here again on a return visit.

We stayed in a Japanesque room which was very comfortable, clean and new. I would definitely stay here again just for the convenience of the location - we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit and the Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and the gardens are all just a few minutes away. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. No service as such (just the robot dinosaurs) but all the automated services were easy to use and we could leave our bags in secure storage after we checked out. I thought the hotel was very good value.

This is truly a wonderful hotel. Sure, I was mostly looking forward to seeing the dinosaurs, but this hotel delivered beyond that - great location, good amenities, and a very welcoming and helpful staff. We appreciated the laundry timer feature on the TV (you may need to extend the dry cycle twice, that’s typical unless you have fast-drying clothes) and other thoughtful touches that help maximize usable space within the room. No complaints, I would happily stay here again!

Very clean and centralized hotel that offers a different type of experience as soon as you walk in spend only see the two automated dinosaurs. The Kanazawa castle is located across the hotel. Perfect location.

Loved the reception area staffed by dinosaur robots dressed up for halloween...very quirky and efficient. Whilst probably considered a budget hotel, it was great value for money and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Room size was great. Room had fabulous deep bath with a shower, a fridge and room safe. There was a microwave in the hotel foyer for general use. Although I did not use it, there is a restaurant serving a local & western breakfast. Hotel is located a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where you can take the bus to Kanazawa station or pick up the loop bus to go sightseeing. Staff were available and very happy to assist with any help required. Would definitely stay here again.
