Free shuttle to, and from Shinkansen. Walkable at 14 minutes. Many dining options, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven close by. Professional, clean, updated hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Will stay here again next time.

Amazing Service!!

The hotel was adequate for our needs, though the room was a bit small. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less so. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from the nearest station; however, they offer a shuttle service every 20 minutes that accommodates up to nine people. Keep in mind the shuttle can fill up quickly. The breakfast buffet was average—nothing exceptional. The lobby is quite small, which can feel a bit cramped. For coffee lovers, the hotel’s coffee wasn’t great, but there is a very good coffee shop nearby, as well as a Starbucks within walking distance. One definite plus: the room included a washing machine, which was very convenient for our stay. Overall, while there were a few downsides, I would stay here again

Property was good well located not to far from the station Happy hour was provided but at a time where most guests would not be at the hotel so missed out on that Overall a good hotel rooms were spacious

Loved our stay here. Room was perfectly clean and spacious for Japan. The free shuttle to the station was great. Breakfast was good. I would highly recommend.

Very convenience and friendly staff.

The staffs were very nice and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Seven minutes from the shin osaka station by walk. they have a lot of combinis, super market, Starbucks… ect around the hotel.

Shuttle ride to train station

It’s a lovely little hotel. Very Mew and clean and I really like the arrangement of the rooms with the toilet in a separate area so it’s quiet. It’s actually about a 15 minute walk from the station so be aware. By Taxi from Shin Osaka it’s just a 1000. Their shuttle is handy but finding it unless you are coming from the subway via Exit 4 is almost impossible. Also there is a long set of stairs to reach or return from the station to reach the shuttle, so be aware. I’d take a taxi there for check in and to drop off luggage. Despite that I really enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay of several days and now that I know how to get there, I would stay again. The staff is really lovely!

Our room had a combination washer/dryer which was extremely convenient on our long trip.

Nice hotel and friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Close to convenience store and supermarket and they have shuttle to train station.

Perfect hotel for our vacation. We booked this for the convenience of having laundry in the room but were so impressed by the entire room. Laundry took a bit to learn, but once we figured it out, it was great. Having a full kitchen we were able to go to the large grocery store a few minutes away and took advantage of this to make an amazing Kobe beef meal. Dishes were included, as well as a large fridge. While the shuttle was a bonus, when it was full, it was less than a 20 minute walk to the subway station. Along the way, we found a hidden gem of a large shopping area (groceries, in store cafe with breakfast, amazing dollar type store for souvenirs), and just enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lawsons was right downstairs for everything you needed for day to day.

Very convenient to Osaka Station - the set dinner & breakfast buffet are well worth the price

We got a corner triple, and we were happy with the space. However, the third bed was a pull out mini sofa that felt like sleeping on a board. The rest of the room was great. Mini burner, large fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils and plates. The best of all was the in room washer/dryer. We were in the middle of our trip and we did all our laundry. They provide one mini bag of detergent for one load, but I had brought laundry soap sheets. Overall, great room, except for the pull out bed.

Shuttle bus was very convenient.
