The location is 3 min walk from Sapporo JR station North exit. The hotel is new. The quality and cleanliness is fantastic. There is public bath of excellent quality on site. We stayed five nights and found it extremely comfortable and pleasant.

I wnated to go Mt. Moiwa to ride a ropeway.
However, I was out of service due to breakdown.
I asked reception attendant to check it
and she answered very kindly.
Grateful for her checking and we could save our time.
public bath was also good.

The property is new and has a great public bath ("onsen"). The room and bathroom amenities are better than average JP-branded hotel. It's great that we didn't have to "pick it up from the lobby."
The only area of improvement is the size and comfort of the bed. It feels subpar for a hotel with such high standards in everywhere else.

Hotel Emion was a beautiful hotel with a good size room and great amenities. Breakfast buffet was amazing and we looked forward to it each morning.
Only downside was that it was a little farther from shopping places.
