Me and my husband stayed in corner king room and totally loved it. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, close to subway station. Only thing was that it was little noisy late at night with bike riders. I didn’t know cause I always use ear plug, but it woke my husband couple of times. Still, we will definitely come back.

Excellent location one regular block to main Ginza/5th Ave look St. full of most famous world class name brands, walking distance to Japanese Theatre, close Imperial Palace and Museums.

My husband and I spent 3 of our 10 night vacation in Tokyo at the Grand Bach hotel. The Bach Corner Suite was large compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo and while pricey, the experience and ambiance was well worth it. It is a slightly older hotel but well maintained and quite clean. The front desk staff were helpful but not as friendly as what we had encountered at other hotels. If you are looking to take a limo bus from Ginza to Narita airport, I would highly recommend this hotel due to its close proximity to the pick up location at a neighbouring hotel (especially when you buy extra luggage to take your goodies back home).

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel ground back very much. We enjoyed the spacious room and the cleanliness. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly, but could be more forthcoming with information about the area. The restaurant downstairs could offer more options, especially at lunchtime. No coffee/tea maker in the room, which was unusual comparing to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Otherwise, very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Bach Hotel in Ginza. The hotel is located two minutes from the Higashi-Ginza subway station. The room was big enough, everything was very clean and in a good shape. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Ginza area of Tokyo. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, courteous and went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of. The hotel was lovely and our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!
