Located just a short walk away from Ueno Station, Ueno Park and shopping street. Room is small but adequate for solo traveller. I liked the free breakfast - there were many variety. You can also ship your luggage to your next destination - the hotel staff can help you to process the service. Overall a good stay!

All was great, very convenient location, walkable distances to the landmarks, lots of restaurants and lively surroundings. Hotel was quiet, breakfast was great with variety of choices, and the stuff very accommodating!! The ladies working the breakfast guests were super nice and friendly.

If they have the USB plug in the room that will be much prefect! Coz the guests come from different places but the USB is the same charger

The room was clean and comfortable. It was small but it's understandable since it's in Tokyo. The breakfast is delicious. The staff was approachable, and helpful. I wish there was more than one pillow for but I guess it is standard for single rooms in Japan since that's what I got in other hotels too. Definitely recommended. I will stay again if I can.

Nice property. Small room with limited space for two large suitcases. Convenient to train station, dining and Ueno Park. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

This property felt a bit worn/older, however you can tell how invested the staff was to making our stay a positive experience. They allowed us to store our bags longer after check out and they provided a nice breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and easy check in/out process. The room itself was so-so: the bathroom & bed were cleaned well but some pieces of garbage in the fridge and one plastic wrapper on the floor at check-in. The room was small (as expected in Tokyo) with many scratches and scuffs on the walls. Overall, this met our needs as a couple looking for a budget hotel and a clean bed to sleep after a long day of travelling. Location was great for accessing Ueno Station and Keisei Skyliner.

I had a single room which was very small but luckily I only had carry on luggage so just about had room for my suitcase, but you’d struggle with a big suitcase! Having said that it was adequate for one night’s stay, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was an added bonus.

Breakfast was good and much needed, as there isn’t much open before 11:00 in Tokyo to get coffee and food outside of konbini. Excellent location for proximity to Ueno Station, and therefore access to the entire city. Deep bathtub and shower with excellent water pressure and very hot water which was wonderful after walking all day. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe on premises and in the neighbourhood. The room was small, so I think this would be best suited to a solo traveller or a couple who are comfortable being in very close quarters. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff were all helpful! Better breakfast food selection needs to be offered. Inadequate instructions on how to use coin laundry and have to bother staff to how to use it. Good experience for me!

This is a simple hotel very close to Ueno Station. The room is quite small as is the bathroom. However, both served their purpose. The bath water was nice and hot. Breakfast was simple but filling. The desk service was great.
